Customer service when we arrived Sunday. We made it there after 2pm. My husband asked if they could start the paperwork. We were told that they could until a room was connected to the paperwork. When my husband said "if we had time we would go somewhere else". Then all of a sudden, a room was ready. After paying for the room, that's when we were told that $100 deposit had to be paid, with cash. Something we have never had to do at a LA Quinta. I did receive it back at checkout. As we were leaving out the room to checkout, 2 of the cleaning ladies was talking. One of the was talking loud using foul language. For me, it wasn't a good stay. One of the guys at the desk was very unprofessional. He called my husband "pops" . He apologized but kept talking after my husband told him to walk away. I instead of him saying Sir or Mr. Napier, he says "Okay pops, your is ready". Disrespectful.

The only thing that was out was coffee. We wasn't told the time when breakfast start or end.

The breakfast wasn’t that great. I don’t recommend staying if it’s cold weather because I guess the heater doesn’t work very well.

The hotel was fairly clean, good water pressure in the shower & the location wasn’t too bad I never felt in danger. The staff were friendly.

Unfortunately this hotel is really badly situated. It’s in a drug’s and prostitution area.

The guy at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Before he did leave his shift he came to pet our dog. They have a security guy at the hotel all night. The bed was comfortable the room was fine. They had good variety at the breakfast.

Everything was great except our bathroom sink. We notified the front desk that the sink was not draining. They sent someone up to look at it and said they would put us in another room. They never put us in another room.

No breakfast but I understand with covid. The air conditioner could have worked better we would wake up sweating but then would be freezing...no ice machines worked no laundry available staff seemed to just be there no uniforms no u couldn't really tell if they worked there are were guests had to ask for toilet paper and towels we booked a room with 4 guests only two towels...stayed 3 days only saw house keeping on our floor one time shower curtain was worn out...also water pressure sucked but we was on the 4th floor...also alot of traffic outside at night people just hanging outside in halls etc...

Pool was great could of been better taken care of but we still enjoyed it...the location was great for us lots of things to do and great places to eat within 20-30 mins

I didn’t like that there was no more breakfast at 8:00! Also, I booked a pool view room but definitely did not have a pool view!

Definitely cheap, they didn’t have the advertised breakfast. None of the tv channels worked, they were either all distorted or no signal. On checkout day, they knocked on our door 3 times between 9 am and 11am to see when we were leaving and check out was not until noon. Also loud leaf blowers right outside the window at 830am. Hotel looked under construction and hallways were dark.

It was inexpensive and the beds were comfortable. Close to the airport. I wouldn’t stay longer than a night.
