For 2 days there was to many children around playing with elevators stumping around running into people playing in the parking lot ect. Things that a parent would have stopped

Room had broken furniture and power outlets. Very limited staff. It functioned as a place to sleep and little more.

Did not eat at the hotel - Hooters was the hotel restaurant.

A big run down. I wish they got rid of the carpeting cause it would be cleaner. Should have laundry in each floor since there are regular family that seem to live there. Outside looks dirty in the parking area.

There were 3 people in our room we were given 1 bath towel. . The water in the tub/shower was very difficult to turn on, the pool was not heated or clean, the table in the pool area had a rusted hole in, our entire floor smelled like Marijuana most of the time we were there sometimes so strong it burnt your eyes and nose, the shampoo and conditioner looked slightly used from the previous guest

It didn’t seem very safe. Lift not working. Rooms and bathroom were not very clean. Incredibly dated.

Location was convenient for where we needed to meet family. Staff member on the desk was nice.

The room was outdated. I had to call for a fridge microwave and remote for the t.v. The floors were musty and the room smelled like cigarettes.

The elevator wasn't working I have 2 small children and had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs everytime I wanted to go somewhere. Not what I was looking for at all and never once said the elevator didn't work until check-in which was too late.

The pool. Although it was cold in the pool area the water was warm but once u got out you had to leave right away because it was too cold.

elevators didn’t work, rude staff, tv was glitchy, dirty stairwell, Hooters food was ok, outlets in lights wouldn’t hold a Plug when I checked in, I told the desk guy that the elevator didn’t work. he walked over to elevator, he proceeded to show me how to use an elevator. he pressed the button then pointed to the down arrow, and said “you press this button, then the arrow lights up, and the numbers count down 5,4,3,2,1”. it obviously didn’t work,and then continued to tell me that it worked. I mean come on dude, seriously? in my opinion it isn’t safe, the elevator needs checked out

House keeping did a horrible job cleaning the room bathroom was dirty there was gum in carpet by the bed the refrigerator didn't work and the pool was absolutely filthy..white stuff floating in the water hair and brown spots on the pool walls chunks of pool surface was missing at the bottom it was disgusting only issue with this location is hygiene

I would say, what I didn’t like was the fact that none of the outlets where really use able? Like the one connected to the lamp didn’t work, and a few on the walls didn’t work for two cell phones. So struggled with that. Lamp was dusty, and a few bits of uncleanliness to the actual room it self. Also, ran out of toothpaste and they were charging 7.00 dollars for a thing of toothpaste!!!

It was easy to check in, no issues like that. No issues with the cards to get into the room, and they had a great tv and even beds for the stay as well.

. No Remote to Television. Told the Front Desk and this issue wasn't resolved. Shower on & off knob was rather Hard to turn on and off. Can't sit in chairs that are all dirty with stains.
