You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWhen entering the elevator which we used to take suitcases to our room, we immediately saw that the last inspection was dated 2019. It was expired, scary every time we had to use it. In the AM breakfast was almost non existent, and with the price of the room we felt it should be replenished. There also was a large ball of hair laying on the floor by the elevator and the cleaning staff walked by it and left it. Gross.
Location was where we needed for a restful night. The location was an easy on ,off access to I75.

United StatesAdvertised that breakfast was included but they do not have any breakfast. This is the 2nd time I stayed here in 3 months and both times they said they may have it again in a few weeks. They need to just change their advertisements to NO BREAKFAST! There was always a smell of Marijuana out front and in the lobby as other guests were partaking. I don't have a problem with that but other people might which is why I am listing it. The smell was noticeable both times I stayed.

Stayed here on our way through Atlanta. Chose this hotel because it was dog friendly and the only available hotel that evening. We appreciate the availability, but the rooms could have been cleaner. Main lobby is nice but as soon as you leave that is goes down hill. Hotel is a little outdated. It worked for one night passing through.

United StatesThere was no breakfast provided, even continental breakfast, as advertised. I expected this as part of the room rate-as advertised. But only a juice and coffee machine was provided. This was very disappointing and caused inconvenience to our family. Also, there was an unreasonably high additional pet fee instead of this being included in the room rate as other La Quinta Inns we’ve stayed. This is also disappointing. We’ve used La Quinta loyally in the past because of these two features, going out of our way to find a La Quinta Inn in the past. We will no longer do this if these policy features are not provided in the room rate. These are the things that make La Quinta a good value to us and a preferred hotel chain. It is not good that Wyndham is changing or removing these good features from La Quinta hotels.

Loved how big the suite is for a great price. Everything was very clean. Beds were super comfortable and comforters are very thick. It is very quiet considering being in a fully booked hotel. We actually had 7 of us in a quick overnight stay and had PLENTY of room!

The website I booked on said there was a Free breakfast. When I checked in, I was told there was no breakfast of any kind so the website was incorrect. No explanation was given at the front desk.

United StatesThe receptionist that checked us in the first night was VERY rude for no reason. She handed us the keys and I asked what our room number was and she said it's in the card. She didn't give us ANY info that you're usually told when checking in. On booking it stated that breakfast is included - not true, there was no breakfast. We only had 2 wash cloths in the room but at least 3 of every other towel. If the room holds 4 or more people, why not put at least 4 of each towel in the room? Also, there are no racks to hang your used towels, only a little hook on the back of the door. You have to place the hand towels on the counter to dry your hands after washing them or back in the cubby. The toilet in the first room made a horrible noise when you flushed it. The handicap accessible room was not as clean as the first room that we had.
The receptionist that checked us in the next day was a lot better. The first room was comfortable and cleaner than the room that we checked into the next day.
