Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe room was clean but it did smell but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was basic. We stayed in another La Quinta in Kingman that was exceptional which is why we chose to stay at this hotel but it wasn’t up to the same standard. There was a shuttle to the airport which was very free and very handy.

AustraliaBreakfast
After reading previous reviews I was worried about our stay BUT we were very pleased with the hotel. Firstly the trip from the airport to the hotel was great on the free shuttle. Check in was easy and the staff were very polite and friendly. The room had been renovated and there was a good amount of storage. The bathroom was roomy and very clean. The beds weren’t super comfortable but they were perfectly fine for one night. The room wasn’t noisy which I was surprised about being so close to the airport. The breakfast is very basic - toast, juice, coffee, cereal(2 choices), scrambled eggs, sausage and potato. Was fine to grab something and then be on our way. Hotel were happy to store bags for us and help with sourcing transportation costs to Hollywood. Overall it was a pleasant stay and is still undergoing further renovations which will be good.

CanadaBeds were very worn out and not comfortable, hotel was in the middle of renovations so only one of three elevators was available for a 10 floor building.
Located close to LAX with free shuttle service. Breakfast included but could have been a better selection with better hours.

United States of AmericaIf you arrive in a car, be prepared to pay a hefty $47 per night parking fee. When you book a room, pay attention not to just "parking on site" info but to the tiny letters informing you about the parking fee. Also, at the time of our stay (April 2024) neither of the amenities worked (laundry, pool, gym) due to a renovation. We were told that the hotel will be changing management to Hilton in July 2024. And no, the hotel did not offer to reimburse us for the absence of those amenities. Oh well. The hours of the breakfast 7-9am do not to give you a good enough window if you have an early flight or a sleep in after a late arrival. They do not provide a daily room service unless you ask for it BEFORE the housekeeping comes. They do not answer the phone if you dial "0" from your room. You have to take an elevator down to speak to the front desk. There are 3 elevators but only 2 worked (which is not enough for a 10 floor busy hotel), you have to wait forever at the elevators. You have to get used to occasional marijuana smell at the lobby coming in from the outside. Other than that, no complains.
Even though the hotel is close to the airport, there is no noise coming in through the windows. There's 24/7 security in the hotel. The area around is not bad, either. There is a Thai restaurant, a Sun sandwiches place and Starbucks nearby. Also a gas station with a 24/7 convenience store. Continental breakfast.

United States of AmericaBetter bar of soaps in the bathroom & ac vent in the bathroom to discontinue the odor if someone is taking care of business in the bathroom's & the prices of the snacks next to the front desk should go down that’s why I didn’t buy any snacks
Breakfast could have more variety but it was okay and the location was straight despite they were in the middle of renovations inside and outside the property

For what the staff had to work with , they did an amazing job ! They were inclusive of everyone who entered the building and super friendly to all. Special mention to Viola at the restaurant with no name..the older Hispanic lady working the working the evening front desk.
