The hotel 's cleaning was horible, uncleen matress, old facility and not clean room,only the beds are tidy such a clean looking,but all other things in the room was awful such as bathtub stucked and dirty water did not go from bathtub's hole.For the next time vacation plan , i would never choose this hotel in Stamford,CT.

It was being refurbished and we would have appreciated being notified of this beforehand. The decor was very tired, carpets were shocking, the bed was way too soft and unsupportive There’s clearly an inconsistency between La Quinta properties and this time it counted against us

My room door had been kicked in previously, the damage was visible. The shower rods were damaged because it appeared to be an altercation and the tiles were sloppily glued back in place. The toilet was damaged too and the caulking made it look really bad. Plus the toilet sat at an angle because it’s obviously broke. The flush was very slow but luckily it did flush. The sink was cracked, the faucet broke. The bed was broke. Every turn we made, the bed made a loud sound that woke me up throughout the night. The smoke detector was also not properly in place. I hope a camera was not installed there.

The location was great. There was a nice restaurant called The Stamford diner, restaurant, bar. The food was good. The staff was great at the restaurant.

The room wasn't well cleaned, the bedding had holes, the toilet was dirty, and the TV was missing the remote which they said they could provide the following day, and there were no buttons on the TV that could operate it.

The staff are friendly, free parking and Wi-Fi.

It truthfully needs a significant renovation- I have a pet and it’s great that it provides pets accomodations BUT it’s not clean and it needs to be.

The our room, entry, hallways, elevators, were very dirty, down to the carpets. Dusty and need a deep clean. Our room's AC unit had mold on the vent, the bathroom was dirty. Furniture was falling apart. Although, The bed sheets were clean.. The beds were okay to sleep on. For $185 a night we expected more. Breakfast was okay. Bagels, toast and no hot items.

Weird groups of people hanging around parking lot at night. Rather frightening! The building has seen better days. Frayed carpet, noisy a/c, mismatched furniture.

The pool has been closed since Covid and it was never mentioned to us. The electric outlets in the bathroom didn’t work.

Arrived at midnight with a horrible line and lots of issues for prior people. Bathroom light didn't work and toilet didn't flush properly. Was told there were no other rooms. Had someone come "fix" the light at 1 am telling us to not turn it off. Toilet ran constantly. Tub didn't drain right. Sheets looked dirty. Carpets were all pull up ready for you to fall on your face. Staff was kind except the breakfast staff were sotting ag a table the entire time. It was the worst stay I've ever experienced. Pool is closed as well.

The hotel overall is “tired” and needs deep, deep cleaning. Our room had bad old smell and some dirt on the floor. Through the night you could hear cars on the highway and any little move on the corridor. The breakfast was very poor and had no healthy options rather than apples.

Location — close to the highway and EV chargers which makes it a convenient last minute stay for a tired driver. The bedsheets and towels were clean.

The hotel needs renovations, part of the ceiling was falling down, Hallway rugs were all lumpy and needed to be cleaned. The toilet was tilted and had been fixed incorrectly.

We stayed 5 days and cleaning services never came to our room not even to vacuum or clean bathrooms or make beds. They said they have pool but they don’t clean it so it’s unavailable
