No ice bucket in room. Staff did not have one to give us. Went to make coffee with kerig in room but piece was missing.

There was some things broken within the room when we first got there it wasn’t so bother some but just stuff to mention.

The breakfast lacked a number of items and was not stocked when guests had emptied the buffet. The hallway was not cleaned regularly and food was left outside the rooms for hours. The room was not fully vacuumed.

It appears that women are looked down upon. I find that I needed to send my husband for things, as everything I asked for, was met with a don’t bother me look. Some of the male workers smiled, one definitely didn’t, however they still made me feel a thought they looked down upon me. The breakfast was ok, they were trying to save on keeping the eggs and sausages warm. Fortunately there was a microwave oven to reheat the eggs and sausages.

first morning the waffle maker wasnt turned on and ready to be used at Breakfast time. Waffles weren't that great any how and we usually love hotel waffles

PA resident here! We came out to visit and explore. This hotel was about 20-30 mins from each casino, mystic, new haven, new London. The bed was comfortable, the rooms are decent, we had a hole in the wall of our room. But bed was clean, bathroom was clean other then the peanut shell i found on the floor. Our floor was quite. Pet friendly. However watch your step outside apparently nobody knows how to pick up their dog poop. SMH. They use whole milk for the cereal and stuff. 2 flavors of yogurt. 3 different cereal options. Oatmeal. Bread. Begels. Muffins. Small pool hours are 6am-11pm Quite hours are 10pm-7am

The breakfast sucked. You had cereal but no milk. Hardly and fresh fruit at all. No yogurt at all. All the other locations I’ve stayed at have had excellent breakfast. I mean there is a dam grocery store right across the street from this location. Could have gotten the things they needed from there.

The blanket on the bed was very stained. There was a loud whirring from the ventilation in the bathroom that couldn't be turned off. The breakfast wasn't the best. The "hot" water for tea was cold. The eggs had a weird consistency.
