Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Homeless around. My room did not have trash bin. Have coffee cup but did not have coffee maker.
Right off the freeway. Easy access. Close to gas station.

Light switch just inside the front door didn’t work. Temperature hard to control. TV cable (HDMI) not connected. Remote didn’t change volume or channel. No stopper in tub.

The online pictures of their rooms misleading because you get nothing like that. While they might show a nice room you get a motel room instead. Dirty walls, leftover bar soaps, tiny curly hairs on the walls/floors, & the walls are paper thin. I don’t recommend.
The property looks nice on the outside & it’s the only accurate picture they have of the facility.

I didn't like the breakfast it was like eating at a homeless shelter. You must bring back the waffles. The remote in the room needed immediate replacement among other broken appliances. The management must do a better job making sure everything works before charging such a high deposit. Too many homeless and drug addicts walking the property didn't feel safe. Management needs to be replaced with people that actually want to work there and satisfy their clients,not just to receive a paycheck.
I like how clean the room was. Soaking in the bathtub was the highlight of my stay. The bed was comfortable and inviting.

Too many homeless loitering at the entrance and around the property. Smell of cannabis on the air: No fault of the management. Police presence at check in regarding an “incident” subsequently, visible police presence. Cuts both ways: comforting to know they are there, discomforting to see that they are needed.
The location close to downtown and old town was ideal Room is comfortable,hot breakfast.

Room was older or dated and musty smelling and carpet needs replacing and the toilets were super low and hard to get off of.

Pillows were not good...I usually bring my own, I figured for 1 night I can handle the ones provided...my bad, but they could be better. The people in the rooms adjacent to mine were partying outside their rooms until at least 10:30pm...unfortunately No one from the hotel was making the rounds...not sure what time the security guard starts but if before 10:30 they don't consider that to be part of their job.
Check-in was as expected... Bed was comfortable

The room and premises were not as clean as i would have liked, mainly just because things were old. A big disappointment was that the spa jets did not work and it was too dirty (green algae) to get in, pool the same.
The staff are nice , breakfast is good and its a great location.

Bath towels reaked like piss!
Location was great! Easy check in. Beds were a little bit smaller than it looked in the picture, double beds looked more like full/twin beds. We had to blow up an inflatable to sleep in between the beds. Hot water, came with Breakfsst vouchers which we always love! But the only con were the bath TOWELS! Almost yacked!! Either they didn’t change the towels and just folded them back on the shelf, not sure but smelled like PISS! Thank God I brought my own towel. Other than that, check out was easy. Price was great!

Location is not good at all. Definitely worried about my car being parked there and my belongings. Friends staying in another room left early due to being worried.
Quick trip to downtown. Deposit was returned few hours after check out.
