Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room smelled like smoke and the bath was dirty.

Bathroom was not very clean, they forgot to put a soap to our room

The property is listed as a ‘hotel’ but is in actual face a ‘motel’, there were quite a few homeless persons on the road directly beneath my room who were making noise all hours of the night. This was very disturbing for my 4 and 11 year old. Also the heater in the room didn’t work properly

You could tell the room was old. The tub was stained and needed to be refurbished, I couldn’t adjust the shower head, the power button on the remote was missing so it was hard to turn the tv on/off. I didn’t feel as safe because there was a lot of people out at night by the pool smoking weed and being loud. It was ghetto.
The staff was nice. I liked that they served breakfast and the room was clean

The cleanliness of the rooms were questionable. The state of the rooms is in disrepair. It appears that the hotel or at least the two rooms we had could use a complete remodel.
The front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a good variety of options. Check in and out was easy.

The location. Seemed to be suspect folks cruising around property that made me feel unsafe.

The signage was confusing, I wasn't sure I was in the right place. The TV didn't work, there was no hot water in the shower, the toilet ran for about 5 minutes after it was flushed. The furniture had definitely seen better days. The elevator floor had duct tape on it ,and the buttons were cracked and old.
The location is good, the man at the desk was very nice and helpful. The lobby is beautiful. The room was clean, and there's security on the property.

The room was nice, but the shower head in our room #344 was high and spraying on the ceiling. It looked like they didn't put plumbers tape on the threads. Also no way to adjust it, my fiance is short so it was a pain for her. I hope not all the rooms are like that.
Close to the freeway and downtown. Like that it's right by the river and park.

No light in sink area. Missing lightbulb in sleeping area. Towels were extremely rough.There was no way to plug the drain to take a bath.

There are almost no outside lights. It almost seemed deserted, and it’s not in the best neighborhood either The elevator started violently shaking just shy of the third floor. Alarming enough to make us take the stairs from then on. Room very dated and didn’t ‘feel’ clean.
Ten minutes from the airport. I expected much more from a Wyndham property. Free breakfast is always a plus. Check in was easy.

Though going out to dinner was very scary. The area around the hotel didn't seem safe. I didn't feel safe around the hotel. When we got back the bath tub had black spots in it and my partner decided to take a shower instead of a bath.
The room was nice. We liked having are own air conditioning, which helped us keep the room warm. The bed was comfy and i was able to get some sleep. Breakfast could be a bit better and having something to drink other than coffee could be better.
