We drive from Cleveland to Maine every August and stay at La Quinta in Springfield. It is always comfortable and convenient. Breakfast is great. Also close to Theodore’s Booze, Blues and BBQ.

There should be food available on site. Would be great to get a burger and not have to leave the facility.

Too many people in the pool and not enough chairs. People were vaping in the pool area with little kids around.

I liked that the staff was friendly. I liked how they had a game room.

The area seem dead at night time. It's weird that a Dunkin donuts closed at 8 pm at night time. If you need to order food you have to travel a few miles to grab hot foods.

Locations a little bit sketchy as an honest opinion, but the breakfast is actually really good. The orange juice and apple juice were way too sweet so please look into it. The star of the show was the Belgian waffles homemade.The staff is also very nice and pleasant while checking.

We had a huge suite room. All the rooms were close together as we requested. Breakfast was very good. Parking was fine and right off the highway.

Being next to I-91 it’s a bit noisy, but as expected. The room felt a bit too dark.

Bad breakfast set-up. Too congested and chaotic. Should be straight, not horseshoe. Dangerously low lights. Styrofoam plates = bad choice. Multiple spoons fell out of dispenser to the floor. Too much waste! No water refill station.

Bed was comfortable, room was generally clean and comfortable. Shower was good and hot. Iron and ironing board were clean. Elevators were quick and spacious. Parking was close, although very full. Easy access to highway.

The hot water was barely hot. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. The internet signal was slow.That I got stuck in a room that is kinda connected to another but obviously you can lock it and they can’t come into your room but I heard everything because of the door. And the bed sits right up to that door.

I like the location.I loved their breakfast. I liked that they didn’t required a big deposit hold like other hotels.I like that they had a bar.I like their long mirrors they had has closet doors.

We had just travelled 7,000 miles and had been awake for 30+ hours. We checked in and went to bed early - 8:30pm or so. About 10:00pm, the front desk informed us that they hadn't correctly processed our credit card for the security deposit when we checked in and that we needed to come to the registration desk with a credit card. I explained our situation (distance travelled, lack of sleep), and the woman said we had to come down right away. I asked if we could take care of it in the morning. She said no. It had to be right away. When I got to the lobby, I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to take my credit card information. It wasn't the woman on duty's fault that someone else hadn't done their job accurately, but we were less than happy to be woken up and required to go downstairs after so many hours of travel.
