The pool needed a clean but with the weather, it would have been tough to keep ahead of the leaves blowing in. Early check in fees were $50, regardless of how early before check in you wanted the room.

The location was convenient and the staff was excellent. The building is older so things could use an update, coat of paint, new finishing but the staff keep it clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and the water had lots of pressure and was hot fast.

I have been here many times. Place seems old and run down. Ac unit was weak and loud microwave was dirty toilet was moving when sat on. Bed was uncomfortable no tissues or extra toilet paper

We waited 20 minutes before we could check in. There was noone at the front desk. Two other parties were waiting as well. 20 minutes after arriving the front desk clerk arrived from outiside after clearly being out getting food. Totally unaccetable. She then gave me a key card to a room that was occupied which completely shocked me as I opened the door to find music playing and a room that was clearly occupied. When I told her she said "ok, I got you"....what does that even mean??? The facility needs an overhaul. The towel bar fell off the wall when I was there and the hallways smelled like wet dog. I will say the bed was comfortable and clean and the towels were clean. Breakfast was adequate. Nothing special. I won't return.

It was a short work trip so fulfilled all my immediate needs.

Room was clean and spacious. Had a desk to work off of. Bed was comfortable The receptionist was super friendly We didn't try the complimentary breakfast

Location was very good for us, and the staff was very helpful. It was clean, but is starting to show some wear, but that did not impact our stay as it was very clean.

The staff has been incredibly helpful, the hotel is very near to Sawgrass Mall and it was a great option for a small stay as ours. The breakfast was included and had good options, not many variety but still good options. We had a very pleasant stay with them and altough we had an issue with the payment, they were very prompt to resolve it.

Saturday morning from 6:00 at 7:00 the guest, including ourselves sit in the dark waiting for the staff to show up. There was no coffee / no breakfast and no staff at the front desk to ask why..,

The carpets in the hotel/ room was terrible . Smelled like old sweaty shoes . Either replace them or remove them !

The rooms had smoke scent in Them we asked housekeeping to spray them out and they did.

Buy another 2 toasters. Brutal wait for the one you had at peak breakfast hour. In general the hotel was very tired - given prices in area, was best we could do - so in reality you get what you pay for. Staff were excellent all round but didn’t make up for the dated bathrooms, flooring and amenities like lighting fixtures etc.

Staff were very good. Friendly and engaging. Liked bathroom sink being outside shower/toilet area as two people can get ready.

Guy at the front desk was a little rude. Came in around 1pm. Asked if I could check in. He was training an associate. He said there is a $50 early check in fee. I declined. When we turned to leave he said to the associate that is how you handle it. I have been to the other LaQuinta in Plantation many times. I have never been told that.

At checking in the room was dirty. The 2nd room was on the 4th floor. The corridor has a very bad smell, however room 316 was perfect

We liked the 3rd room 316 Gladys at Frontdesk was very friendly and helpfull.
