Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Noise from the AC. Quality/flavor of breakfast items.
Perfect location, but the facility is showing some age. Room was clean and bed comfortable. AC unit noisy and had to be set to 66 degrees to keep the room comfortable. Had the room actually made it to 66 degrees we would have been freezing. Pool area a little worn, but the hot tub performed well.

The pools are not so clean. They are not given a lot of maintenance and sanitation. Especially the hot pool: has the distinguishable color and smell of stagnant water.
Staff incredibly kind and available!!! Very nice location and easy to reach! The rooms are really comfy and you are provided with everything. I stayed one night only but felt warmly welcomed and treated.

The elevator was scary noisy, so we used the stairs to get to the third floor every time except for the first time bringing up the luggage and the last time bringing down the luggage.
The room was nice, no issues!

We didn't like that breakfast is available only with paper plates and cups and plastic cutlery. We missed some variety like cheese and ham. The bathrooms have a very loud ventilation.
The hotel is located near the freeway, nevertheless it is nice and quiet. The rooms are large and offer some amenities. The hotel also has a pool / whirlpool.

The fire alarm went off at 12:30am and prior guest had set alarm to 5:30am so we were woken up again. To be fair we didn’t notice that so will be more diligent next time
Comfortable bed, great staff and very nice pool area. Also this property was located to a lot of food options within walking distance

Message light on phone blinking the whole time. Asked about it mire than one occasion. I was told to just ignore it. A constantly blinking light. Not easy to just ignore. Also, Air conditioning would not shut off. Had to unplug. Also the whole place smelled like chlorine.
Great location right off freeway, beds very comfortable.

A few minor cosmetic flaws to the building, elevator had some bumps and grinds to it.
The location is close to the highway and very centrally located to eateries and service stations

The breakfast is so simple and the area is so small that you need to take the breakfast to the room. It’s not suitable for all the guests. They run out of milk, juice, etc and the staff doesn’t even have time to clean or fill the empty dispensers. They didn’t have caffeine free tea.
The room has a good size.

Ridiculous checkin. Long wait while clerk decided rate. I stayed 5 days. Different charge every day. My credit card was billed. I had over charges then a credit. Checkin clerk didn’t charge enough for first nite so they added $8.40 to my bill. Giving them access to my credit card was a big mistake but what are you going to do? It’s the only way you can stay.
My room was clean. Breakfast area clean & well maintained. Easy access off freeway. Quiet except weekend - screaming children. Mixup on stay had staff confiscating my friend’s luggage & taking it to office. 🤨

When I checked out the manager at the desk went to check my room and when he came back he said he was going to have to charge me for a couple things. One sheet, one wash cloth and one face towel. = $70.
The whole two days I was there was very nice. I liked everything until I checked out.
