the air conditioning does not work properly. I had to call and they told me that the company is out of the country and they would send someone to fix the problem. He only came the next day, it was very hot and the air was not working properly. You have to analyze well before renting here, because the address of the company is in England and any problem cannot be solved quickly.

property getting tired.. pool tiles were cracked.. furniture is past its best in the living room fridge door handle is about to drop off both patio doors are locked with a stick which is not ideal, and we’re difficult to open at times

How old style the furniture and beds were. Made the beds uncomfortable and very squeaky. Lack of guest products to use like a hotel or Airbnb would provide

The beds were OK but they all creaked. Not a deal breaker though. The living room furniture was pretty out of date. It had somewhat of an odor but again, not a deal breaker since we weren't planning to spend the majority of our time there. Carpet was also stained in several areas.

The location was great and it was a good budget rental with a good sized pool.

It definitely could've been a bit more clean. Our last evening we saw a HUGE wasp in the kitchen which scared us a bit about the possibility of more wasps in the house but none of us were bit in the night. That said, they also provided basically no paper products. We're used to having to purchase "additional" supplies but there wasn't even a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Signs in the home called for guests to run a load of laundry prior to departure but there was no detergent provided.

The location is perfect! It is 10 minutes from Disney, 10 minutes to I4, 2 minutes from the Osceola Parkway, and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. It is also a very large home with plenty of space! We were 6 adults and 3 small children (5,3, and 1 years old) and we were all very comfortable.

Very disappointed with the terrible conditions of the house. My family came to visit me and I suffered shame from others. 1) In the kitchen:      a) Some glasses that were stacked in the cabinet had lipstick on the border of the glass.       b) Some silverwares in the drawer had foodprints. Therefore, we decided to clean all the glasses, silverwares,               pots, etc. before using them.       c) The inside of the cabinets looked puff up and very deteriorated.       d) The refrigerator was painted with a spray and looked like a dalmatian with spots.2) The dining room set was in good condition, but the placemats were discolored and looked like they were from the 80's.3) The living room furniture looked very deteriorated. We can not sit on the sofa since the cushions got plunged in the frame.4) The living room tables and armchairs were different colors and models. The furniture looked like they were bought in the salvation army. 5) The bedroom mattress you can fill the springs and they creak a lot. It was very difficult to sleep with the noise of the box springs. The appearance of sheets and towels looked very deteriorated. There were towels with holes.6) The bathroom cabinets looked deteriorated inside and outside. The showers had mildew.7) The repairs around the house looked sloppy. 8) The rugs were supposed to be beige but they looked dark gray. They were very very dirty.9) There are a lot of signs around the house with restrictions, which are not specified in the web page.10) To access the house was another nightmare, I received one code by email, and two different numbers given by the agent.
