The place is perfect, but the bathroom has no hooks for a bathrobe/towel.

It's a beautiful place. Very peaceful, and you can go fishing, boating, and swimming on the pond. I would love to come again.

the porch is connected to 2 other rooms. so 3 rooms use the same porch

the host was really nice and got us checked in after 10 pm. then he told us that we check out at 10 am but can stay and use the facilities as long as we want. they have kayas and canoes and a beautiful area by the lake. there is a playground for kids a fire pit and great chairs around it. a pool table and ping pong . the rooms have a coffee machine, microwave and a fridge. free parking and a vending machine with good prices. its close to a hannaford and dunkin dounuts. we had a great quiet time

Swimming in the lovely pond was a definite high point for us! The host, Jean Marc was friendly and accommodating as we drove up from Boston-Logan & had to check in on the later side, & he was kind & helpful.

Definitely having food and a bar on the property. But all the rooms did have dorm size fridges and a microwave. Along with a coffee pot and a large TV.

There were no meals offered because the restaurant and bar were closed due to staffing issues. But the caretaker was very kind and apologies for the inconvenience. There were plenty of places to eat within 20 minutes ride on our motorcycles. I would stay here again just because of how clean everything was and it being on a lake. They even had 2 fire pits and plenty of outdoor seating.

A quiet location on the shore of the lake. Our room had a view of the lake and a small screened in balcony with seating. There is no food option here ( fridge/freezer and microwave in room) but a local brewery a few minutes drive away served good food. There is a large games room with pool, table tennis and darts, plus plenty of board games.

My only complaint was in the shower. The tub was very slippery. Someone could definitely fall in there. I asked for a bath mat, but there wasn't one. A wash cloth ended up keeping us from an accident. Other than this one thing, I was very happy with our room.

Loved the bed, it was very comfortable. Our view of the lake was lovely. I could have listened to the loons forever. Loved the retro heat lamp in the bathroom, and the larger than usual refrigerator.

Room description was misleading. I booked with 1 adult & 2 children & a pet. There was only one bed in the room with no option of a cot for one of my children. My son slept in the closet floor on blankets & the dogs bed. Also very limited food options...bring exta snacks with you! We ordered from a place for $50 & they screwed up half our order.

It didn't have breakfast but it was on a lake and out in the country. They offered kayak and boating but we didn't see where the kayaks were.

Only thing I'd say is the price, which is not really specific to this property. Prices have skyrocketed since the pandemic. It is nuts.

We only spend the nights and the mornings there, so there is not much to say about it beyond the ratings. The manager was there when needed. He was kind and relatable. The facilities were great: pretty location in the countryside, isolated but not too far from everything.

Walls were extremely thin. I could hear everything from the adjacent room. Thank goodness I brought earplugs. Why place guests in adjacent rooms when empty ones are available?
