Stunning setting. Hosts were brilliant, made us feel at home as soon as we stepped through the door. Breakfast were delicious. Room was very comfortable. If I could've stayed longer I would have.

The inn is SUPERB. Clean, airy, roomy. Our room was fabulous and was even better than the photos. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Guests have free reign over the coffee maker 24x7. Breakfast with reasonable portions, fresh food and very tasty. Directly across the street is Lake Winnisquam. They have a small peninsula with a paddle boat, kayaks, a gazebo and ample chairs. Great view of the lake and mountains. Huge, comfortable front porch for relaxing or taking a nap. Ample parking, convenient to Meredith, Weirs Beach and Laconia. Several restaurants are nearby. We had an absolutely fabulous time and highly recommend this place. We have every intention of returning in the future.

The breakfast was very very good…as long as you like the ONE OFFERING provided. There should be a minimum of three breakfast offers. Also, the owners and proprietors of the property were very nice and accommodating, but it seemed like running a B&B was more of a job rather than a life passion.

I only wish I had known that the room we were staying in did not have a television. When you just want to relax and unwind, sometimes it's nice to just have a TV to "veg" out in front of.

The Inn has the best location and the amenities they provide were an extra bonus! The owners were welcoming and gracious. They provided me with an excellent breakfast alternative based on my dietary restrictions. I can't wait to go back!

The microwave was exceptionally high, but my partner is 6 feet tall and could heat up our tea.

The food, views, amenities, cleanliness, and staff were exceptional. It's a gem! We loved going swimming and kayaking in Lake Winnisquam. Sitting in the gazebo was like living in a postcard! The bed, sheets, and pillows were extraordinary - I wanted to bring them home! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, etc. My partner loved the easy access to copious amounts of coffee. The decor and furniture were thoughtfully chosen/arranged. It was exceptionally clean - I couldn't detect smoke or pet odors whatsoever. Since we were coming in from NY, several states away and would arrive around 10:30 pm, we appreciated the owners accommodating our very late arrival. Every day the best chocolate chip cookies were waiting under a glass dome to tie us over until our next meal! It's the little things...In town, we had an exceptional dining experience at Fratello's (Italian cuisine), a former bank. We ate inside what once was a vault! A pianist played music too. It was the perfect recipe for a very romantic weekend.

I wish we could have stayed longer! My husband said he wished there was a TV in the room but that didn't bother me at all. They had tons of games, books and puzzles available and there was a TV in the common area in front of the gorgeous stone fireplace.

The breakfast was homemade and delicious each morning. Fresh coffee and water was available all day along with fresh baked cookies that were to die for. The best part of The Lake House at Ferry Point is that they provide kayaks, a row boat, canoe, paddle boat and tubes to use on the water during your stay. My husband and I went fishing, swimming everyday and were able to enjoy the lake without having to rent anything.

Beautiful inn. Room was very comfortable and spotless. Right on lake with ability to use kayak or just sit in the gazebo and sip wine while enjoying the view. Breakfast delicious. Inn keepers helpful with suggestions about places to visit or eat in the area. Will try to get back at another time. Wonderful time.
