Although staff were nice but they should give the free breakfast coupon upon check-in not wait until the guest will ask for it.

Room is clean, AC is working great and bathroom is spacious and Ioved all the mirrors and plus great view both day and night. Also, there are more elevators to accommodate bunch of guests. Staff are all nice!

The property is actually two hotels and getting from parking to front desk to rooms is a little awkward.

The staff was nice, the location worked for us and the room was comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t have the full length mirror in a space where we could use it. It was on the side of the bed by the wall!! Also, the lighting in the room was TERRIBLE once it got dark.

The hotel was at 10 % capacity and we were is a room with a door that can be opened to an adjoining room. In the adjoining room was someone not related to us. They were loud through 4 am at night. The insulation was poor between the rooms as it was a door and frame rather than a wall. I gave feedback upon checking out that when the hotel is not at full capacity they should not put unrelated parties in these adjoining rooms. He said they would bring this up in training sessions.

I really liked the work out gym - spacious and excellent equipment and loved the cold wash cloths option. I liked it was adjoining to the Sheraton with a nice snack shop.

No bar within the hotel and the bar/lounge above the restaurant closed really early and was not at all fun. It was not well lit and seemed dark and dirty. We were really disappointed as it seemed like someone was playing music on their phone for the entire rooftop. That rooftop is such a missed opportunity. That really could’ve made a big difference in our stay BUT the hotel itself was exceptional.

The walls might be too thin. Could clearly hear conversations (and arguments) from the neighbouring rooms. Wifi was slow.

It’s an established hotel, in a quiet part of the city, that appears to be tastefully refurbished recently despite the building itself being old.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember the lady’s name who helped me around 8:30am on 9/22 and again upon check out on the 24th, but she was great.

I think since it’s a 4 star hotel there needs to be upgrades made to the rooms. The water pressure is super low and there is construction in front of the hotel which I assume is why red clay dirt spurted out of my bathroom sink faucet.

Breakfast was a 3/10 we had the chicken and waffles with a side of eggs and bacon. The service was a 8/10 but the food wasn’t that great.

The rooms need updating. Chipped paint, slow draining shower, thin walls. Very long walk to parking. Not as enjoyable experience as Denver affiliate.

The location was very easy access to highways for sightseeing and downtown. The staff was friendly. Great views from upper floors.

Complimentary champagne, Cloud bar and lots of food options on site. Staff was great and quickly resolved any issues I may have had. I also like that this hotel is connected to the Sheraton! LOVED THE CITY VIEWS FROM MY ROOM AND CLOUD BAR.

The Shower drain was a bit stopped up and elevators took forever. They had 2 down at one point. Long lines for the elevators.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Nice modern rooms with neat decor. The staff was incredible nice and I enjoyed the extras. (champagne and snacks)
