The one of the worst things was no cable or DirecTV no remote control for the TV. I asked if they had cable or DirecTV? I was told yes... Not true only had 5 viewable channels max some days 2 channels. No closet or anything to hang your close, no dresser for your under close or soaks nothing! No chairs to seat on beside your bed. In bathroom no soap or shampoo no hair dryer counter space at all for your bathroom stuff 0 none at all. No towels to dry yourself off with, what they gave you was 3 wash cloth 2 rough towels that are usually for the floor not for drying yourself off with. No alarm clock no iron or iron board. Not enough outlets for anything , 1 outlet only in bathroom that was jammed up with something in the outlets. Construction work which started at 6:30am/7am very noisy. Then more construction work in the evening that started at 5pm/6pm until 12:30am /1:30am. No ice machine or anything no washing and drying room on facility site either. And believe this or not No Phone in the room. No safety lock on front door that was very thin.

The bed, the shower it for handicap people this was the room I received because I wanted down stairs. I was very happy with room. Also great microwave, good size refrigerator.

It was apparent as I pulled in that this was a place for homeless families to stay. The room didnt have dead bodies or blood but it was not nice. I've stayed in hotels/motels around the world and this was not great even for the Philippines

inside room first couldnt unlock key with card provided. they were no towels, washclothes or toilet paper and couldnt get tv to work. i had to call office and return to office up/ down stairs 2x

Housekeeping could have come to address my issue with the sticky floor and also the heater was not working.

The floor in my room was sticky under my shoes. I called to have house keeping come up to address the issue and had to talk to a machine during the day. No housekeeping ever came to the room.

a paired down basic motel. the room was spacious and clean. the room needed a closet and additional towels. the location is close to the highway. public transit is close, but recommend using ride service or taxi. front desk very helpful. enjoyed my stay

The room was disgusting..old dead bugs, stains on sheets, cigarette burns on comforter, it smelled. It doesn’t look like it has been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. I thought being close to the fair open it would be decent. We left within the hour..I’ve never been in a grosser hotel.

I'm not one to ever complain, but there were cockroaches in our room, no microwave, and the power was off for a while in the morning.
