The hallways and elevators had a terrible smell. The rooms are not sound proof what so ever. The doors to the rooms slam hard, as that’s all you could hear during the night.

Room was spacious. The hotel is right on the beach and next to everything. Friendly staff.

Staff wasn't very helpfull. It was my boyfriends 30th birthday during our stay, I asked if they could help me with a surprise/decorations, they didn't offer anything.. Prices of drinks on the menu at the pool weren't up to date. Breakfest room looked very unattractive, food as well (we didn't try it though).

Nice swimming pool and connection to the beach with chairs for hotel guest. Clean rooms.

I did not find breakfast or even coffee. Was sent to another location 1/2 a block away where between quality and prices would have been better off going to a real restaurant

when we requested toiletries they never came and we had to go down to get them. The elevator on the left smelled horrible the entire time like rotten eggs. We really wanted a balcony and were told that we could ask the day before we arrived to book and if it was available we could have it. I called the day before and ws told it was available but could not book until we got there. When we arrived we were told there were no balcony rooms available. We were so so disappointed but ok. I requested that if a balcony room should become available that we would like to be switched. But then my friend arrived the day after us and she got a balcony room. I was really upset about that.

I was not told about any breakfast.. I had no idea until I saw this question that breakfast was served. I enjoyed that my room overlooked the ocean and that it was so close to the beach. when we requested help with the ac they sent someone right away

I returned this morning and I am relieved to say that the stay was quite pleasant and better than my expectations. This was due to the very mixed and often critical reviews I read. It was good to find my room to be clean and fresh, with good quality bed linen and towels. A possible problem could be the thin walls. I could hear the people next door very clearly and they were not excessively noisy. If they had been, it could have created a major irritation. The various reception staff were all reasonably polite and helpful, the much better exception was the South American gentleman who always managed a welcoming smile, and genuinely appeared to be interested and wanted to help in any way. I had phoned from London prior to arrival and got a very unhelpful young lady who was a waste of time and left me hanging on for so long, then the phone went dead. I was not able to find out who she was. This did not bode well for my expectations. It has an excellent beach location and a bus stop immediately outside. Nice pool area, but unheated and cold. I suggest the hotel is adequate, plus a bit. A final tip, not directly steered towards the Lexington; do familiarize yourself with these 'Resort Fees' which many hotels in the USA will add on, and present you with an extra final bill on departure. Check on booking and/or on arrival.....otherwise; BEWARE? Bon Voyage.

The elevator had an unpleasant smell - thankfully I only had 5 floors to go. The Pool area was just ok - I would not suggest going in the pool.

The room was clean and basic as expected. The front office were extremely helpful and polite as was the lady serving at the pool bar. The beach was lovely. Based on the price my expectations were more than met.

Mirror in the room itself

Everything was nice for the most part. Great location. Really sad that there was no mirror in the room. It was hard to change everyday and see if I liked my outfit. Only mirror they had was in the bathroom

The water from the shower was freezing and the AC was difficult to set what it made the room super cold too.

The room didn't have fridge but I requested one and they brought it after a couple of hours. The location is awesome and I used the service of chairs and umbrella in the beach
