The bed linen was old, pillow cases were really creased and looked bad and the pillows were really thin. Breakfast was complimentary but minimal.

The location is near the water and near restaurants. The room was clean and everything worked well. The price was good.

Honestly. Can't complain much. Our room was missing the remote. And the lovely gal working upgraded our room! It was a pain to repack. But the upgrade was definitely not worth the complaint! Thanks again!!

We had a wonderful stay here. I really enjoyed the breakfast. It's nice to have a light meal on a tight budget. I also liked that they had a high chair for littles! Super friendly staff! Really enjoyed the one gal that's been working there for about 6/7 years also had arm tattoos. Super friendly and appreciative of her help!

I was surprised that for the price we got a two room suite with 3 beds. The rooms are spacious, clean enough and they offer a buffet style breakfast in the morning.

A bit awkward that there is no sink in the bathroom, and the one available is in the main hall as part of the "kitchenette".

Good location for anyone who needs a basecamp for any of the Redwood tours or hikes. The facilities are nice. The rooms are *huge*. Two double-beds and a living room with two sofas. Price quite high, considering we came off-season, but all-in-all we were very pleased. Short driving distance to Crescents lighthouse which is romantic and spectacular.

The person who was on duty when we were eating breakfast did not seem very kind. I asked her if she had peanut butter or if you had gluten-free stuff, and both times she said everything we have is out there. I have had other facilities where I was told to ask for special stuff.

This time around there was a hiccup with the water in the morning, but thankfully we are early risers and our showers and such were already out of the way when we discovered there was no water in our room. A call to the occupied rooms to inform the guests that there was no water and an estimated time for it to be restored would have been helpful.

The room was comfortable and well furnished. I especially appreciate the elevator, because I travel with an elder and going up and down stairs with luggage can be a problem if we have a room on an upper floor. The breakfast was fresh and convenient.

I believe for a single person staying there the room was a little overpriced, but the location really makes up for it.

I was very warmly welcomed and the room was enormously large. The bed was comfortable and the room well equipped with microwave, fridge and TV. The bath was clean and hot water readily available. The location right on Highway 101 was very convenient for a one night stop.

The bedspreads seem old and could do with replacing. The fridge was loud.

The room was very spacious and was fantastic value for the price I paid in comparison to other hotels on the West Coast. The room was clean. Breakfast was free which was a pleasant unexpected inclusion. Plenty of free parking.
