My only disappointment was that the hot tub was only available from about 8:30 am to 7 pm, which I've never heard of before. I usually like to goin the evening before bed. However, it was so hot that I couldn't go in far enough to sit down and could only stay in for 10-15 minutes, so we didn't go in again after the first morning. I was disappointed because I chose it specifically because it had a hot tub. Other than that, it was a great place.

Everything was modern and immaculate. Bed was comfortable. Good location, well furnished. It had a kitchenette with everything you could need.

The ambience from the moment I stepped in the lobby area gave me an overwhelming sense of calm. The room had everything I possibly could have needed and more, from extra pillows to cutlery to napkins. The room was comfortable and spacey, and even the kids loved it. The staff was great and friendly, which is huge for me. Its a few minute drive from everything, but in the spring or fall might even be a walkable distance. Definitely one that I would love to stay at again, and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, family friendly getaway, with a “home” feel!

I stay at Kingsbury Lodge for many years alone or together with my friends. We like the suite including the room and seating area with kitchen facilities. The location is also convenient to access both the ski resorts and shops / restaurants in South Lake Tahoe.

The hot tub and sauna is outdated and closes at 5:30 pm.

It is close to everything. Easy in and out access to ski lifts and town. Apartment has everything you need.

We love the location, being right next to downtown South Lake Tahoe. The Staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was huge and had all the amenities we could ask for and more. Overall loved this spot and we will return!

Heater was super loud, especially at night while trying to sleep. The hot tub closed at 630, which was a bummer because we didn’t get to use it. Lastly, this is a time share, not a hotel., which was not transparent in booking.com. It was still a great place, but the rules are a little different than a hotel.

It was clean and staff was super friendly. Had kitchenette so we didn’t have to eat out the whole trip.

The place is nice and clean, great value for money spent.. I love the kitchenette :) pretty close to downtown/casino's.. also the free washer and dryer is a plus if ever you stay longer.. The red hut restaurant is just in the way b4 you hit the road 😀 We'll recommend this place for everyone 👍

There’s a high pitch buzzing noise that comes and goes. Which is my only real complaint. More noticeable at night when trying to sleep. They have a pool table but no pool sticks. Which would have been fun to use. No A/C. But they warn you about this many times. They provide fans to help. This wasn’t an issue for me, but I can see it being a concern during hotter times of the year.

Loved the area. Nice and close to SLT but off the beaten track. There’s 2 Local bar and grills close by which is convenient. Plus a gas station for snacks. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Very nice , clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms are furnished with everything you'd need during your stay. The staff were all very friendly. Close proximity to most anything you'd want to go do or see.

The rooms and furnishings need upgrading, but we were told that they are in the process of doing so.

I love staying here. It is like a home away from home. The people who work here are kind, helpful, and responsive to our needs. I love that the kitchens provide pretty much everything that you need to cook. The suites are spacious, well-furnished, and have everything that we need.

The distance to where we wanted to go for dinner was just right, so we were able to get lots of walking in; no driving required. It is not a new timeshare with all the slick new amenities, but an older one; well maintained and very very clean. It would have been nice to have a gym or pool, but for a short stay, it worked just fine. It was a lovely place.

The entry was very sweet, and inviting! Parking was easy. Elevator and stairs are great options. Lots of room in our suite!
