The gym is not in the premises but you can find work out zone in the beach. It is in walking distance to the hotel.

It is in the walking distance to the ocean. There are plenty of places to eat and CVS is in the proximity. It is also easy to reach from Miami international airport. You have to take 150 bus and you are there in the hotel. It is our 2nd time staying in the hotel and we loved it. The pool is small but super cozy and it is heated.

For the price they are planning to charge next year, a few things need to be considered. My light swith was hanging off the wall , I had a hole in my door 🚪 and a loose tap in bathroom.

The location and staff were very good , especially the cleaners and reception. The gentleman at the bar were nice also. The bed was very comfy too.

Nothing major, would have appreciated a slightly larger bathroom. Also, would have appreciated being able to check-in before 4:00 pm, and found the requirement of leaving a $100 deposit on check-in vaguely offensive when I had already been required to prepay for the entire visit, as if I was a college student on Spring Break who couldn’t be trusted to avoid damaging the room.

Unfortunately the hotel was undergoing renovation to the air conditioning in one of the blocks and the temporary equipment was set up in what would have been a peaceful location. It was too noisy to sit anywhere in the hotel grounds.

Perfect location. Close to the action but far enough away for some peace. Free shuttles to take us downtown or around Miami beach. Easy walks to nearby attractions and beach.

The room was very dusty and the flood/carpet was not vacuumed. Also there was construction in the hotel, I wish they informed the residents. The noise scared me, was super loud at first then I figured it was construction.

I didn't like that booking did not show pictures or mention how small the room and bathroom of the advertised King standard room was. The room was really small, and the bathroom was tinny. My guess and I had to squeeze between the wall and sink to barely sit sideways on the toilet. IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE!

The staff was friendly and helpful and made an effort to address our concerns and needs. The hotel was clean and smelled great. The location was in walking distance and very convenient to shops, restaurants, the beach, and nightlife.

The shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel is terrible. I'm not sure if it comes watered down or if that's being done by staff but I've never used a product that cleansed less than this. 5 or 6 massive handfuls of conditioner to be able to comb through my shoulder length hair is insane. Especially with access to the saltwater, a better product should really be provided. A couple staff seemed to be less than enthused to be there, but the others made up for it. We got locked in our room at one point but maintenance was quick to come get us out and fix the handle. The pool is crazy tiny, like 12ft wide by 12ft long and like 4ft deep, but if you've already spent your day swimming at the beach it's a nice place to sit and cool off before you go back to your room. Also because it was attached to the courtyard rooms it didn't seem to be used much by guests staying in the main hotel. Breakfast was lacking compared to the rest of the menu, much better options close by.

Good location. The courtyard side of the hotel is a really cool setup and we loved staying on this side, but the majority of the rooms seem to be in the main building. The lunch/dinner menu was amazing with really interesting flavors. The bartender Nelson went above and beyond to make sure my birthday vacation was fantastic. The rooftop was a great feature, but guests staying in the main hotel probably don't realize it exists so it was always empty. Access to the beach loungers was key to enjoy the sun and all the staff on the beach had great energy.
