The room was huge but everything was old out dated doors were not very secure. Could hear the next room having sex.

They don't give enough toiletries. We had a small shampoo and 1 tiny bar of soap. I always bring my own for this reason.

My room didn’t have hot water it was only luke warm and the key card to the door was messed up had to enter key into door multiple times before it opened

The cleanliness was an absolute 0..... the carpet In my room was covered in VISIBLE dirt.... the shower did not have hot water..... the elevators sound SCARY....

The place was fine. Employees were great! No luxury hotel, needs some modern day improvements for up to date standards.

We couldn’t reserve or buy the tickets to the busses from the hotel and busses don’t run late also the Uber from the airport to the hotel was $155

The room was spacious and we could fit all our family comfortably , the trip back and forth to Times Square wasn’t bad there are busses that come every 15 min etc

only a small site the hotel was a bit dated so rooms not fitted with modern things like USB sockets, my only real downside was the breakfast there was plenty of it but a poor standard hot food was cold and bread a bit stale etc only fresh thing was the daily made waffles.

the location was suburb a bus outside the hotel ran 24 hours in to the heart of New York city, the staff very helpful and always seem to have time for you, plus the hotel rooms were clean and quiet from other rooms

The plumbing in our rooms was very bad we had to call it in.And the bathroom needs to be renovated.Tha air filters were dirty with mold

The hotel was very good Public transportation to NY was just steps away👍very good warm breakfast tha hotel was always smelling very nice and clean and the people that works there were very nice the beds were very comfy.Theres restaurants and stores around including a Walmart.I will come back again.

The facility is kind of dated but it was comfortable.

The staff were super nice and friendly. They honestly made you feel like they wanted you to be there and a lot of places don't do that.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. We decided to take the train in to the city, however there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The breakfast was decent. The eggs were not very good(I think they are the powder eggs) but they had a nice assortment of cereal, waffles, potatoes, sausage. But we felt the hotel overall was a good value.

1.The bathroom! The toilet is way too low. This unit will accommodate a wheelchair, and there are grab bars in the shower, BUT THE TOILET NEEDS A GRAB BAR, as it is extremely low. 2. The bed is too high for disabled people to use without someone who can lift them. Newsflash- disabled people DO travel with their Senior spouses frequently.

Bathroom tub and sinks' caulking was moldy and smelly. The bedding wasn't very clean. My entire family was itching from the bedding. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable with several springs that were broken. The mattress had several stains and tears, but the bedding was freshly washed.

The hotel looks old. Hot water in shower didn't last for long. Poor and slow Wi-fi connection

The Complimentary Breakfast was pretty basic. Eggs and Sausage, which was okay once seasoned. There was also bagels, Toast and waffles, but we did not have any. Regarding our room, Our top latch lock was broken as iff someone once tried to kick in the door. There was no weird Activity inside or outside of the hotel so that was a bit strange.

We were in the area of a weekend convention, Mainly spent time in the hotel to only eat a late dinner and sleep. The room was clean and pretty spacious. The best part was the location. The hotel was about a 12 drive to the ferry that took us into NY daily literally steps away from the convention center.

Had to pay 40$ to check in 50 mins prior check in time.

It was too expensive for what you get but I think it’s because of the location. Bus right to Times Square. In our room there was plenty of space, would use that for a second bed…. So, it was ok... Staff was very nice.

The hotel looks like it was pretty nice at one time. Everything looks a bit dated and worn now. It smelled a bit musty when we went in. The shower did not drain well. It filled up halfway during our showers and took even longer to drain. Price would have been great back in the good days. Seemed a bit high for the condition of it now. The fitness room was closed.

The location was good for our cruise out of Cape Liberty. One of the cheaper options for staying in Jersey for a cruise. Breakfast was actually really good. It was the best part of the stay.
