Breakfast was not included. Free coffee removed after a certain point in the day The balcony divider isn't that private so you may bump into your neighbour but you can say hi! If you did want to use the small kitchen in the room, it's very basic with not many utensils

Hotel in good location if you don't want to be in the centre of hustle and bustle but still within walking distance of main Waikiki beach area and more local feel of Kaka'ako and the Ala Moana beach which is way less busy. Hotel had small balcony and provided basic shower amenities. Friendly staff and food trucks close by if you wanted a cheaper but tasty meal. Fresh water available and free coffee at certain times.

I didn't know how to operate the TV. Was ok for me as I was in Hawaii enjoying other things, but would have been nice to have a TV that wasn't so difficult to operate.

The location was very good and had all the amenities in the room to reheat food and refrigerate food- had a sink and plates and glasses too. All appliances were clean and usable.

The location is a little further away from the hustle & bustle of Waikiki beach, which was perfect for us. The distance is easily walkable though. The room was spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped. I wish they had a microwave or kettle that could have been used to boil water. Both Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana Beach is in walking distance.

If you drive a car, then the hotel charges $40 per night valet parking. We did not know that ahead of time. But considering that we were staying in Waikiki, it is exepcted.

The condo/hotel accommodated our request for two double beds. The room is of descent size and clean. It even has a kitchenette with a sink, bowls, dishes and utensils and a coffee maker. Our room was on the 3rd level and has a large patio/lanai that we can look at the Waikiki downtown. The Luana Waikiki Hotel on the same street Kalakaua Ave and within walking distance to Waikiki International Market and Royal Hawaii Center and many luxury boutique stores.

The hot water in the kitchen sink did not work properly, but staff fixed it. The one lamp near the bathroom has a broken on switch, but I put black tape on it and then I could turn it on. I now know to ask for more garbage bags, only had one. Next time I do need to request a room with a 4 burner stove, M500 only has a two burner, but we were able to make it work this time. There is water dripping from above at the corner of the outside entrance, don't know if that is fixable. I will stay here again when I have clients at the Ritz.

I am from Hilo and this is the second time I stayed here for a job cooking and supporting a client at the Ritz. We were in M500 which was a great size room, I needed a kitchen, and it had that. Loved the trundel bed, because I had one extra helper for one night. The location wrks perfect and there are great little eating places close by. I will use this hotel again when clients stay at the Ritz. Staff is wonderful and responsive.

I enjoyed the location, the gym facilities, the pool, laundry machines and the room facilities. I had the privilege of being able to check into my room early. I also met another kiwi who works in the tours area and we ended up having a good conversation or two during my stay. The hotel is a short walk away from the shopping areas and the beach.

The pool area is very deep is more suitable for adults and not young children, so we didn't end up using it.

The $40/day parking cost was a buzz kill. The balcony is only room for 2. But a nice view of the city.

The location is the best! Walking distance to the beach, park, restaurants, and more! The room just needed a microwave. But it did have a toaster oven, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator. Housekeeping was very efficient and provided extra towels upon request.
