TV with easy to work cable for basic channels-espn, golf channel, etc. Room was not stocked with coffee cups and had to order n wait for late night. Restaurant closed at 9pm and we arrived at 8:40pm due to traffic and location. Not many choices around there and too late to go somewhere after checkin. First time I stayed in the upper building and there is no easy walkway down or up without requesting ride. Awkward. My first stay was in main building and much better.

Kuerig in the room. Should be mentioned in email booking. Size of the large room was great. Provided desk n corner sitting chair. Pillows good. Able to park car n leave there for genesis invitational event then return later to pick up from valet.

For the price, this was not a good value. Bathrooms could use an update. Paying an additional $50 a night for parking was ridiculous. Because of the location, self parking is not a viable option.

All the staff I interacted with in restaurants and elevators were very pleasant and congenial. My king room was large. I appreciated coffee in the lobby in the morning.

The rooms are great size but it’s old it needs upgrading if they upgrade the would be a perfect hotel.

The rooms are a little old , needs renovation, the bathrooms also are old the carpeting in the rooms and hallways are old.

The rooms were not modernized for the location. The rugs were dirty, stained. Yet as passing by other rooms I saw totally different set ups.

The location was perfect, close to everything we needed to get to and a very nice area.

It was very expensive for what we got, but LA is expensive! They give you plastic cups, individually wrapped in plastic. Time to start using glass and wash them like regular hotels do. It was a bit noisy, we could hear next door..chatting. One female staff member was a little rude at check-in. The chrome cast wasn't working.

The pool was amazing. Blackout blinds were great.

The staff is indifferent. I don't feel they want to be there and will do nothing to appease the guest.

This is a great location! Close to the 405, the Getty, It's fairly quiet. I was in the upper building. The pool is really beautiful and relaxing.

It is old and it shows: 10 years ago it looked luxurious. Noise insulation between rooms and to the corridor is really bad. One day they completely forgot to do the room. With parking and resort fee it is too expensive for what it is.

I sis not like the broken locks on the sliding glass door to balcony. A slip hook was put in locks place , it also was broken.

it’s outdated, carpets are gross in the room heavily stained. Bathrooms tiles were broken, missing grout and sealer. everything was old, not nice. Pillows were too soft. I expected a very nice hotel when I pulled up to the hotel. I would not stay there again.

You could hear noise from neighbouring rooms as maybe there was an adjoining door so the soundproofing could be better
