No enough towels for the 6 of us . Didn’t know where to go to get toilet trees like toilet paper overall the cleanness could’ve been better. It was pretty dirty. We noticed a few bug dead bugs. The mirrors were all dirty and the windows had little fingerprints all over.

I loved that it was on the beach and had beautiful views.

Love the place. Great sunsets right from the deck or the beach! Plenty of room. Second time for us here. Things pretty darn good - Understanding and knowing the construction around - didn’t bother us at all. Grocery, CVS, conveniences nice and close. Nice that more and more things are open now. Likely back again. 😊👍🏼

The only thing I could say is maybe the bed pillows need to be upgraded which is an easy fix.

The property is lovely. It was built in 2000 and is in good shape but slightly dated. I had expressed my concerns about multiple cleaning issues with the owner, and the response was, "We have investigated these claims thoroughly and have not found any of the reported items." This statement implies a disregard for the specific and detailed concerns I raised, which I find both surprising and concerning. I did not simply report "items" as trivial; I outlined minor cleanliness problems that impacted my experience. These issues were apparent, which I took the time to provide in my initial correspondence to the owner after we left. I had cleaned most of them during our stay. The condo is under renovation from the hurricanes. A blue film was over the main bedroom windows. The pool was closed. We appreciated the condo's overall beauty and enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but the disregard for my concerns has overshadowed that experience. I would have appreciated a more thoughtful and respectful follow-up regarding this issue.

Currently, the noseeum bugs at this location are almost unbearable at the pool. It's not just here, it's all around but be prepared. The apt really has no negatives itself.

The owners have made sure to have the apt. supplied with lots of vacation extras! Love the separated bedrooms, number of beds, child's table, VIEW!

While I understand that there was construction at the bldg and in fact in many areas since it was located in Ft. Meyers, I was told the pool was open however, the one and only day I could use the pool it was roped off due to the construction. Also as luck would have it, although it is a large high-rise, and I was only there for 2 nights the actual construction was literally just one floor up right in line with our condo, so the nose was pretty bad. I understand it is hard to know where the construction on the building would be but I guess I just was not lucky. The condo itself was great.

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable, the view from the balcony is stunning. We had an amazing time, everything was great. The condo is very comfortable we will definitely book this gorgeous place again. We really loved it all. The mattress in the master bedroom was really nice and firm which was good for my back didn’t feel any pain at all. My husband and I need that mattress for our home. Over all it was a fantastic and fabulous stay! For sure we will book again next time vacationing in Fort Myers as we love staying in Fort Myers for our family vacation!

The apartment has ample space. Livingroom with lanai and masterbedroom are facing pool and wide beach. The tasteful furnishing of rather modern style is of very good quality and in very good condition. The place is very clean and in good maintenance. The large kitchen offers more appliances than you need. There is ample storage in the closets and the walk in closet. Beach chairs and a beach cart are provided. There is a very detailed information folder in the apartment. The contact to the owners was very pleasant. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and are highly recommending it.
