The beds were a bit stiff.

Loved that it was only a short walk to the beach. It had ample parking at the condo and the ease of checking in and out was great. The condo was pleasantly furnished and the amenities were supplied. Thanks for making it a seamless stay.

Don’t let the outside judge if you are going to book this place. The inside is beautiful , patio overlooks the beach with a beautiful sunset, right across the street from beach. Right down the street is shopping, bars and excellent restaurants . I would definitely recommend this place and will be booking again if I get a chance for another Florida vacation

Akira’s condo is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped. Combined with the location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, it made the ideal getaway.

Everything in pristine condition spotless clean. every item you could ever need in the condo. quality fixtures throughout . I just hope that it does not get booked up solid next year because we will be back without hesitation. free parking. it was 3 minutes from the back door to the beach. bed comfortable. washer dryer dishwasher. all washing tablets and items provided. streaming TV's.

The location is perfect—just a quick walk to the pristine beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf anytime we wanted. Having private parking was a huge plus, and being next to a liquor store with ice made our stay even more convenient. The condo itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and offered stunning ocean views. The amenities provided made us feel right at home, and the host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the ocean was truly magical. There is nothing I didn’t like about this apt

We loved all the details the apt had to offer! This apt has everything you can think of to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The view from the patio was unbelievable as well. I wish there was a way to leave higher ratings for this place because it deserves it. Also I have to mention the cleanliness far exceeded what we could ever asked for. There were 4 of us that stayed here and all of us were so amazed by how clean everything is. The guidebook was also so user friendly and helpful. I definitely would stay here next time I come back.

Property was in a great location. Close proximity to the beach. Walking distance with a view of the gulf. Newly renovated and everything looked new. Communication was excellent from booking to check out and after. Plenty of parking.

the second bedroom bed new mattress was not on the correct frame, the support in the bed frame allowed the mattress to sag thru causing horrible pressure on the body. Add a few more supports to the frame or a bunkie board to stabilize the mattress problem solved.

I loved that the property was stocked with EVERY thing that you could possibly need and SOOOO much more! This beautiful space was incredibly inviting, and it made our AMI stay magical. Even laundry & dishes were way more fun here! Our host, Akira has gone to great lengths to make sure that each guest is treasured and feels right at home. The digital guidebook is a Godsend, and it proved very beneficial time & time again. The condo is located across the street from a part of Holmes Beach that feels more secluded and doesn’t get overcrowded as other parts of the island.
