We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

MexicoIn room 3-3 the shower curtain is way longer than necessary and that feels uncomfortable, and there is not much space in the shower, you cannot change that but if the curtain is fixed and a little rack to put the shampoo and soap are installed then that would help. Also I think it would be good to provide toilet paper for entire duration of stay.
The room and bed are in really good condition, the building seems newly renovated or new, the common areas are nice, you do find in the kitchen what you need, 2 fridges so you will get space for your stuff, good space in the room as well, access is easy. And the response via Booking chat with the administration is quick.

IrelandThe room could be improved by adding an extra bedside table and lamp. Extra hangers would be handy. The shower curtain in the bathroom should be cut to size, otherwise it will be dirty and moldy in a couple of months as its way too long and cannot drain off. The common area and stairs were not cleaned in the week we stayed even though some rooms were cleaned. I cleaned the cookers and countertops, etc but not the floors as the weak dustbuster was useless. There was only one set of pots and a tiny frying pan! There were no cups or mugs, only glasses. The building number should be changed to 1377 & 1379 & 1379.5 on Booking as many people were very confused which building they should enter. Only keypads with codes and no one on site to help.
The room was clean and new. The kitchen was big and had 2 large cookers. The washing machines and dryers were very handy.

JapanThe area is unsafe. It’s very hard to park the car in the evening. Besides you, other guests will be staying there—they are very noisy at night, talk loudly, and don’t clean up after themselves in the kitchen and other areas.
This is a new place. All the furniture is new. Our room was prepared for check-in and matched the photos. It’s great that there’s a kitchen where you can cook. There’s a washing machine. The WiFi works well. Entry to the property is with an individual code.

United StatesAfter a certain time is hard to find street parking where you don’t have to be up at 6-7am to move your car. Also, a house over has husky’s and they will wake you up in the morning.
It was clean. The kitchen and dining area was spacious and clean. The room was also clean. I loved having my own bathroom it was very convenient. Everyone was nice and welcoming. I would totally recommend, only issue was parking and noise outside.

UkraineThere were problems with the code on the doors, but the staff resolved this issue quickly. The ventilation is very noisy and there is no way to individually regulate it (temperature and operating time) in the room, it can only be regulated in the common corridor (as I understand - for all rooms). In the room, it is only possible to close the ventilation on the ceiling, but this does not eliminate the noise and does not completely block the air flow, this is important because the ventilation is almost directly above the bed (at least in my room).

United StatesThe description claims there is free parking, but there is none — street parking only. Even though I booked both rooms in one booking, they split my family up into 2 different buildings without telling us that in advance. My son had to stay in a different building, which was not acceptable. Although the kitchen is nice and new, there were no dish soap and no tea towels to dry dishes, so people just left dishes on the counter to drip dry. Only 1 large and 1 small pot to use for all the people staying there: no larger frypans, mixing bowls or baking sheets to make meals with. Couldn’t find a broom and dustpan anywhere to sweep up. You can’t ever talk to an employee — you can only reach them via texting, which is weird.
Seems pretty new and the one building had a nice shared kitchen area. Bedroom with private bath was decent.

United StatesThere is an oven - which is a great + But not sure it is possible to use right now as smoke detectors are hypersensitive, we wanted to cook pizza and while heating up to 350 - alarm went off. But there are plenty of other amenities (like stove, microwave, etc)
It was clean, nice. We were able to find parking around from Thursday to Tuesday. In general, it was a great stay
