Furniture was a little aged but there was plenty and the rooms were nice.

The pool was great, very clean and with toys for our granddaughter.

Only thing I didn't really like is the room felt stuffy (humid) And smelled moldy to me but I think that's common in motels (not hotels) yes there's windows and an AC unit but I shut the windows when I wasn't there and didn't have the AC on the whole time because it wasn't that hot out but besides that it was a good stay.

For being a motel it wasn't bad at all. Rooms were clean, staff was very nice they even knocked on the door to see if we needed anything (towels, etc.) It was close to the downtown lake george area which was very nice.

The room smelled musty, no coffee maker in room and the coffee in office was served w/ styrofoam which I deplore.

Personal preference-water pressure was too low and the pillows weren't very comfortable.

Location was great, the staff was very friendly, and the room was great for the couple days we were there.

The beds were a bit to firm, and there was no jacuzzi like shown in the pictures.

The facilities were very clean! Our kids loved the pool as well with the waterslide! The staff was very friendly and answered any questions promptly. Perfect location between all attractions in the area without breaking the bank!

New housekeeper on staff, and learning from what I understand. Didn't leave soap or shampoo either day. Day before leaving never cleaned the bathroom sink or countertop of soap, nor took old facecloth out of tub.

Front desk staff Wonderful! Upon arriving Jennifer took the time to put us in a room near our friends who I had suggested stay at the same motel so we could vacation together. Another day we lost our key to the cargo trailer we had taken, couldn't find it anywhere, had visions of going to home depot to saw off lock. The maintenance man found the key and texted the front desk late that night in turn Shawn called us to let us know it was found. That's service. My daughter is visiting the Lake George area in August and I already suggested making a reservation at this location.

Guests in the other rooms were smoking in the porch and their smoke was coming in the rooms. Small refrigerators and only 1 power outlet in the room.

Very convenient and right on the main road. The motel is great place to stay the night. The heated outdoor pool was the best part for my children.

Staff was nonexistent! Any time we had a question or issue nobody was there to ask there is a note saying be right back or be back soon… THEY NEVER COME BACK!! We had to call the number on the office door. When we did get someone on the phone they couldn’t be bothered with us. We seemed to annoy them when we needed something. We were told if we didn’t want them to clean our room everyday to leave our dirty towels and trash outside our door and they would leave fresh towels and take out trash. That happened one day out of the 6 we were there. We would leave the stuff and it would still be there when we came back at night and when we called it was an issue. So we just started brining our own trash down to the bigger cans. If I didn’t pre pay for the room I would have packed our stuff up and went to a different hotel. I felt like we were an inconvenience when we did see or deal with the staff. Definitely not worth the money to stay here so many better and friendlier places in lake George to stay. We go to lake George at least once a year and I will never stay here again.
