Treats and magic show were great!

Our bed was a little uncomfortable. Also, there was a group above us that was very loud until about 2:00am. We were fine to hear them be loud. I was concerned that something was broken. It sounded like they were moving furniture all over the place. It was clearly kids in there. Not sure if there was an adult to supervise.

This is our 3rd visit to the hotel. I couldn't find a room on their website for the dates we were going to be in Hollywood. I decided to try Booking.com and was so happy to find the perfect room!!! We love the unique style of hotel, great location to safely walk over to Hollywood, and the customer service desk and snacks are a hit for our family.

I wish there was an elevator. The stairs can be tricky.

We had a double suite on the third floor of the hotel. It was a great view over looking the pool. My family really loved all the snacks we could get. Most of all the free soda and ice cream. Great staff.

The only issue was while the location of my room was close to the pool, the walls are thin so we could hear the guests above us going up and down as well as their footsteps above us all night

Everything from check in to all the amenities were superb as always.

It had a vintage appeal- the magical theme especially! The historical relevance.

Staff was the friendliest and truly believed in service. Even found us an hdmi cord for the tv. My kids loved the free snacks and pool. The complimentary laundry was a hit for parents.

Great, helpful staff. The complimentary soda machine and ice cream machine were awesome. The beds were super comfy! We walked to Magic Castle and Hollywood Blvd.

Our shower taps didn’t work properly and the recess filled up with water. Told the manager and he was getting it sorted out that day.

The location is close to "walk of fame". The staff were nice, responsive and generous. Nice free snacks are provided. Laundromat can be used for free.

We were moved to the building next door as an ‘upgrade’ due to no rooms left in main building. It was great to have the extra space in 2 bdm apartment but I was worried about security in this building and access to the facilities was not as easy.

The place is a tad run down if you look closely, but not enough to distract from the stay

This place is sooooo good. All the free inclusions from the snacks to the free laundry service. Always fresh pool towels and sunscreen. The kids loved the popsicle hotline!!The staff are lovely, and can help with any question, whether it be transport, attractions, and just general help for tourists. Even the CEO and GMs get in and do the work, and happy to chat. The morning magician Alfonso also a great asset. Having a full kitchen is so handy. What they promise is what you get.

The location was excellent just a five minute walk to the Chinese theatre and Dolby theatre and places to eat. Breakfast was pretty basic but all you needed to start the day. Room a little dated but clean and everything I needed. The service in this hotel is amazing. Lots of free snacks and they do your laundry for free! What a perk!

absolutely everything! but #1 is the service, you’ll never find anywhere that beats it. We all agreed it was one of our favourite hotel stays of all time. the free snacks, free laundry, the Popsicle hotline. what is there not to like?
