We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe property was extremely run down. The room was in bad need of a paint job. The pool was dry and looked like it had been that way for years.
We had a mobility accessible room due to my husband’s disability. It was spacious enough for him to maneuver easily. Not only was it a true roll in shower, but had a shower chair also.

USThe only thing that I could find was the fact that there is a train track nearby and a couple of trains went by during the night. If I hadn't expected this to happen it probably would have frightened me not knowing what the noise was but all in all this was not a deal breaker I would go back there the room was beautiful and the price was really good for the room that we had.

United StatesWe had a bunch of stink bugs by the windows and ceiling. I had a smoking room and I figured they got in when the room was aired out in between stays so I didn't say anything...i just removed them myself because they are a nusense anywhere you go!..but my partner was NOT happy about the little creatures being in our room!...suggest the check that more frequently!!!
Is was close to the Park where my daughter was getting married. So I had to do a lot of running back and forth. The motel was a little over 3 miles to the park and was so easy & nice to travel that short distance and the price was really good for my 2 nights & 3day stay!!!
