Bathroom didn't have a floor mat, used an extra towel instead. The confirmation email should have had directions to the parking garage. I didn't realize parking wasn't included.

There was breakfast? I was told very little at check in - no Wi-Fi code, nothing about the pool or other amenities. The room was small, but made good use of the space.

The thing I didn’t like is I certainly thought there could have been a complimentary breakfast for paying $330 for only one night stay. That was a big bummer for us and also having to pay an additional fee to park after spending so much on a room and no breakfast was also not ideal.

The staff was so friendly & amazing…also the very helpful skywalk to the civic center was amazing.

The evening lady wasn't as friendly as the day staff. The restaurant menu didn't offer barely anything and was over priced. The food came in a brown paper box. I expected more from a restaurant tied to marriott. The microwave had no plate in it. The bathroom had no vent and they only clean or even offer any new towels or bedding if your there for 5 days or more. The pools still closed. You pay $12 a day in addition to your room for parking. The Marriott store charges $3 for a bottle of Pepsi. The luggage rocks don't fit in the elevator that leads to the parking structure where you have to park. None of this was revealed upfront. They don't communicate when you prearranged early check in. They couldn't find our booking reservation twice when I called.

The manager during the day yvanka was extremely sweet. The room was for the most part clean.

But the hotel had to switch rooms at the last minute because we booked two rooms with a sofa beds and they weren’t available.. so they ended up giving us one handicap accessible room and a room with two twin beds that ended up not having a refrigerator we just had to throw our leftover food away since we had no where to keep it safely . Other than that it turned out okay we just needed beds to sleep in .

It was awesome central to our location for our Nephews wedding!

Who ever want to pay for parking, but you can find a spot on the street, but not always in a convenient place.

Location is nice and quiet in downtown. It's across from a restaurant with a good beef sandwich. Hospitals near by if ever needed.

The hotel is downtown Peoria. It's just a little disappointing that the surrounding businesses haven't all recovered from COVID closings as of yet.

This has been an excellent stay. have stayed here several times in the past two months and the attentive staff let me know that they appreciate the loyalty! Vivian has been a pleasure to work with and is always willing to try and accommodate our needs or concerns.

There were three things that impacted my rating: 1) the hot tub was not functional although we had called the day before to confirm this place's pool and hot tub were working. At check-in, we were told the hot tub had not been working since New Years, 3 months ago. That tells me the management is not fixing things when they break. 2) The room we got came with a sofa bed, however the room only came with an extra pillow and sheet for the extra bed. I called to get an extra blanket and was given a choice to come to the front desk to pick up or have it sent up to the room later. I agreed to pick it up myself, however when I got there the front staff realized they actually didn't have anything to be picked up, and told me it would be sent up to my room right away. We got our extra blanket after 5-10 minutes, but the experience soured me. 3) I was not told at check-in there would be a parking fee, however I learned about it when reviewing my final bill I recieved via email. Had I known I probably would have parked elsewhere, and I've called to dispute these surprise charges.

The location was convenient as we had an event early the next morning in downtown Peoria.

Our mattress was firm and old. It had deep impressions in it from usage.

We came in from out of town to see a comedy show at the Civic Center across the street. We were worried about walking in the cold rain. But we were pleasantly surprised to find out that there is a skywalk that extends from the parking garage, to the hotel and to the civic center. So we never had to go outside in the cold rain.

I received email that my stay would not be at the Court yard as booked months ago instead at Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette. We were there running in a demolition derby therefore housekeeping was needed each day, but no one ever came. Called to request towels, toilet paper and trash pick up but no one showed. We had to go to front desk to get everything! We were told the breakfast was continental only to find out after getting our food it was $20.00 per person! There was no refrigerator or microwave, so no where to put our left over food. Beds were not queen size but full size. One bed was beside a wall so if you needed to get up you had to crawl over your partner to get out. Courtyard last year was awesome, I will not stay at Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette again.

Being able to stay in hotel that connected to the Civic Center. Check in went well.
