I would have appreciated the room staying much darker in the morning- the curtains over the window in the back door were insufficient in my opinion. Also, the ceiling fan in the middle of the room was not adjustable- wither full-on or off.

I spoke with 'Monica' on the phone before check in and during my brief stay, and she was very helpful, friendly and kind. The room was very clean and quiet on a Wednesday night. Mine came with a comfy bed, nice shower with decent water pressure, a fireplace and en-suite hot tub which was a delightful luxury, TV with tons of stations, small fridge and microwave, and a coffee maker. There was actually a backdoor to the room which led to a cute little patio with chairs and a small table, and a big grassy yard area with mature pine trees throughout (beware: the sprinklers go off without notice! LOL) About 60 feet away was a nice gated and heated pool with chaise lounges and patio chairs and tables, and towels. Breakfast was typical hotel 'continental-style' with bagels, waffle machine, cold cereal and hot oatmeal, yogurt, scrambled eggs and sausage, juices and coffee- all attended by a kind and hard-working lady keeping everything fresh and full. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations.

My TV remote was not synced to the TV, only worked the cable box. Had to manually turn tv on and off, adjust volume, ect. The shower curtain rod was also very lose. They said maintenance would take care of these things but TV did not get fixed and only half of shower curtain was tightened. They also left mud all over the bath floor when then came in to make “repairs”.

The Majestic is kept up well. And the grounds are always nice. The breakfast in the morning has a good selection of items.

You need to vacuum the coach by removing the pillows and cleaning all the bottle cap from beets and dirt.

The cable was out in my room. My two grandkids and family were with me and for the price you would think it was included. I asked the receptionist about it and she said there was nothing she could do. They were booked and the cable companie needs to fix it. We were s little disappointed.

There was a noisy guest fighting in the night but that wasnt the facilities fault. I have stayed here 5 times and all have been great. Dont care for the way there are tip requests everywhere you turn.

Nothing really, it did the job well.

Room was comfortable and clean. No real complaints at all. Working cold fridge. Bathroom clean, supplies sparse but all there. It's just on the lower budget side, so just don't expect a Hyatt or anything. TV worked fine with many channels. AC worked fine. The stand out here is the continental and friendly breakfast, which is very acceptable, with surprisingly good coffee.

A little old and tired. Kinda had that "old smell" but ASAP I opened the doors? Gone.

I liked that it had a back door that opened onto a small patio under the trees. The air conditioner had a continuous fan that stayed on all night. Good air conditioner! Comfortable beds even though one was higher than the other. Kinda weird.
