Balcony with patio and view were great. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice. Breakfast consisted of a brown bag with a small orange, granola bar, small pack of blueberry muffins and a bottle of water...it was very disappointing.

The room had a strange smell when we 1st checked in, it wasn’t terrible, just like it had been shut up for a while.

Unfortunately, the elevator was broken during our stay which wasn’t a big deal but was a nuisance. Also, I booked a room with a bed and a pull out couch and was given a room with a bed and small chair. Upon calling to amend the mistake I was informed the couch may have been broken and they couldn’t help me.

The facilities were nice. I loved being able to step right out to the beach!

The unit didn't look anything like the picture online or on their brochure. The community is old and in need of repair and updating. The unit we rented was beachside, which had a lovely view. The kitchenette is very dated and rusted. Could not cook in this kitchen. The morning breakfast buffet was dirty, not cleaned after a meal or even daily!

Dirty bath tub, ants in bathtub, roach in bathroom by the window. Screwed up our amount of days we were supposed to be there. Had me confused with another person with the same last name. Had to go down to the office, instead of them just pulling up my name. Then our key cards didn't work. Had to go to the office again. Being handicapped, hard to walk twice.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. Room was very close to the elevator. Plenty of handicapped parking.

Front lobby smelled musty and smoke, our kitchen connected to other room left unlocked they had access to our room, we reported it and it was locked, our bathroom sink was clogged

We encountered 1 cockroach, bed was seriously lumpy and my back was killing me and no actual blanket. It was a sheet and a blanket that was like a curtain. Not comfy at all.

Room looked over the water. Lots of families enjoyed the pool and yard out back. The room had a fridge and a coffee pot. There was a beautiful view.

The room was not clean, I had to sweep when I got there, the room smelled stale. I brought my own bed sheets, the bathroom door is rotting out, the breezeways are not well lit, the main property parking is not sufficient for the number of rooms they have. Several people appear to live there. My room advertised a coffee maker but I had to ask the front desk to provide one. The TV has hdmi Ports but the remote does not have an input button. They give you 1 roll of toilet paper, I went to the desk twice to ask for towels (didn't want turn down service) the front desk said they could only give me 2 towels, we are a family of 5. Only 2 burners on the stove worked. The kitchen light did not work only 1 working lamp and the bathroom lights worked. Thankfully i went to be on the beach and really only needed the room to sleep in.

I liked that the property was right in the beach and that the property has an elevator. I also liked that our dog was able to come with us.

The pictures you see online are hardly ever what the rooms actually look like. The site was old looking once arrived, The rooms were all outside entrants, the doors once you got into rooms did not have deadbolts to secure yourself inside. If not already paid for online would not have stayed. To me it was sleezy looking.
