We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI wish they would upgrade the bathrooms. They really need it. The guest bedroom could use some re-purposing with some decor and replace twin beds with a queen. Had to call back for extra housekeeping as the bathrooms were not cleaned well. (And it was handled immediately) We had trouble finding things to watch on TV because all the channels except one were locked. If that issue is fixed, a TV in the guest room would also be nice.
Liked the location very close to beach. It was furnished well with what we needed and very clean for the most part. There was constant contact with property managers and they were available for anything.

United StatesIt’s on the 3rd floor, no elevator. It’s on a bay about 30 minutes walk to the beach.
The a/c was good since we were staying in July. Nice screened in balcony.

United StatesThe condo needs repairs. Both bathtubs are old and damaged. The main bathtub has a crack and an attempt to patch it has failed. Water from the bathtub leaked to the floor below. The water was very close to the ceiling fan. It is evident from the shape of the ceiling the leak has been ongoing for some time. The leak was reported immediately. The molding on the top step is not attached. This is a trip hazard. Two bugs had been smashed on the walls and the remains are still there. There were no extra trash bags available. This condo could be very nice with a few repairs from someone who knows what they are doing. Had to call the manager to request a later checkout time since 3 people were using one bathtub. I specifically rented a condo with two bathrooms.
The view was nice and having two balconies was nice. Beds were comfortable.

United StatesThe gate instructions were outdated and confusing. There were several texts back and forth to figure out the procedure. There was a lot of construction on the grounds of the complex. The tennis court was unusable due to it being turned into construction storage. The pool was nice. The grounds overall appearance was run down…there was nothing by way of landscaping done. The condo itself was tight. Small hallway, very small bathrooms to maneuver around in. The living room had two small loveseats so our family of four couldn’t sit comfortably together…felt like we were on top of each other. The seating for the dining room and kitchen was very cramped and chairs were not comfortable. The washer/dryer unit did not work. There was a handyman very accessible and came three times within our four day stay to service it, yet it still didn’t work. Also, when we initially arrived, the unit was hot…my husband had to clean the A/C filter for it to work at full capacity. The garbage disposal did not work. The switch turned and it made noise but it didn’t function. There were instructions upon leaving for guests to throw out there own trash. Due to construction, the dumpster was on the opposite end of the complex from our unit. I had never been asked to throw out the trash on previous bookings, but certainly didn’t want an unexpected additional charge on top of the existing cleaning fee, so we did remove the trash. The stay was just ok. It certainly was not a luxurious experience. It was tolerable but felt overpriced for what it was.
