One small negative point: the shower/bath drain was clogged, so there was always a good amount of water in the bath while showering.

Everything was working as it should. The staff was great! The restaurant has some very good pasta.

Our room wasn't serviced due to staffing issues which was a bit disappointing as we stayed for a number of nights and being four in the room it would have been lovely to have a little professional touch during our stay

The location is second to none. Staff are lovely. The restaurant is nice and worth a visit - we appreciated the complimentary morning coffee. The lobby area as you enter is fantastic. We used the gym which was well appointed and met our needs

A little warmer downstairs.

An ideal location. Warm, comfortable bedroom and a fantastic bath. Very attractive lounges and a special treat, Carol si gers on Friday and Saturday evenings. Nice restaurant/breakfast room and lovely reception staff.

I was charged twice for my stay. Even though the money was not taken from my account,it was blocked. This had a huge impact on my holiday. Reception were less than helpful when I pointed this out, they did not have a clue how to solve this, all they had to do was revert the charge, that was beyond their capabilities. Apart from this, I would have given top marks for everything.

Again..just slightly on the border of the run down part of town but apart from that it was perfect.

It was soo close to Union square which was great. To the left of the hotel was slightly dodgy but we just stayed away from that part. It is a beautiful hotel..the lobby area was gorgeous and the rooms were stunning. Our room was slightly small but gorgeous all the same. The shower wasn’t too strong but didn’t bother us. They give re fillable water bottles which was a nice touch. Very welcoming staff.

No coffee machiene in the room, and no water or any other bits like this. Some kind of sofa or additional seating would be nice so I could sit with food, drinks - I don't like eating in bed or anything. The location was great but there were a lot of homeless people and dirt on the streets.

The room was really big and spacious, and really clean. The curtains were nice and dark so able to sleep well too. The hotel generally was super clean and the staff were so so helpful! Overall, a great stay and I shall be back :)

Close to Union Square and the Streetcar stops. Great location for shopping in Macy's.

Water was cold in the shower (never heated up). I’ve stayed here a few times before and never had this issue. I mentioned it to the front desk upon leaving and they’ve promised to look into it (and they’re a great team so I have no doubt they will do so).

The staff were very friendly. Check-in was extremely quick and smooth. The facilities were comfy and clean. There was complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings. The hotel was in a good location to reach a lot on foot for those who like to walk lots.

The area around the hotel is mixed - a significant amount of drug use and homelessness, which doesn’t feel particularly safe after dark, especially with children.

Our view in our first room was a ventation shaft, however upgraded to a grander flat with a view thanks to reception staff. Also nearby areas had some homeless people.

The water was not very hot 2 different days. Noisy hot water faucet on bathroom sink. I couldn't get warm, even with the thermostat as high as it would go.
