as a hotel guest, i was shocked that they changed me 54$ per day for parkins space. this is just greedy.

Took forever to check-in and check-out. Waited in line for a good while and at one point the customer service rep. walked away without a word and was gone for nearly 10 minutes. Was told our room would be ready by 4:00 pm, it was not.

I would have liked a balcony or even a window which opened. No fresh air could circulate in the room because of lack of windows.

Breakfast area was never too busy. The bar area was lovely at night for a drink and some food. Renovated rooms and bathrooms are beautiful. Very comfortable bed and lovely fresh sheets. View of the bay from the room was beautiful.

service in the hotel restaurant was awful - took 2 hours to get food for dinner and it wasn't crowded - couldn't get breakfast in a timely manner so had to leave after being seated to board boat

We were given a €35 dollar complimentary voucher to use in bar/restaurant or for other facilities. However, after using this in the bar/restaurant we were informed we wld have to claim this at reception against our bill. When we paid the bill this was NOT deducted. I didn't like that there were no microwaves in the rooms and the one that they did have was on the 4th floor in the laundry room. 🤔 weird

Extremely convenient to move between Miami and Miami Beach with Venetian Way which was right next to the hotel. From the front desk to the house keeping team, the restaurant to the doormen, all the hotel staff members were friendly, professional and kind.

The room that we stayed in was an awkward room where two beds didn't necessarily fit in there. One bed was too close to the closet and would brush up against the bed when the doors were opened. The AC is very loud so make sure you bring something to plug your ears with. Not a lot of vegan options for those who are vegan. The pool was closed without notice and we were bummed that we couldn't go swimming. Thirty dollar resort fee is supposed to give you access to the pool and exercise room.

The balcony view was nice. The bathroom was spacious and had a lot of towels, toiletries, and the shower head pressure was good. The grilled asparagus was good from room service. They gave us a voucher for a free cocktail, a free coffee, and an excursion for two on a boat tour of Millionaire Mile. Make sure you look around the hotel because there is a whole mall type of area with additional food options, shopping, a place to get your nails done and hair done, and a bar and restaurant. I highly suggest taking the Bright Line train if traveling from Orlando as we did, and an Uber/Lyft or taxi to the hotel. Big money saver on parking fees at the hotel and surrounding areas by doing that. Highly HIGHLY SUGGEST going to North Italia for Italian food. It's about a mile and change away from the hotel and they also deliver. If you get food from any delivery service, go outside the hotel lobby and meet them at the drop off/pick up area. Trust me on this, way easier. 😁
