Pillows were very flat. I had to use two pillows to sleep on would’ve been nice to have some fluffy pillows. It would’ve been nice to have cream for your coffee and maybe teabags. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no cream. There was a kettle in the Party room, but you needed your own teabags. Would be nicer to have more light in the room, also it is very dark which means you have to open the drapes. There was no conditioner in the shower. There was no iron in the room.

The property was very convenient. We went there for a wedding and it was close to the wedding off the main road, which was very convenient getting to the grocery store restaurants. Communication was excellent with the staff, which was Online. We had a problem with the shower we spoke to someone and when we got back, it was solved and fixed. There is a games room with a pool table, fooze ball table, ping pong table a huge tv/gaming station. This area is so nice if you want to use it. They also had a kettle in the room

It would have been helpful to be able to use an iron. Also, there was coffee only for 2 times, and I would have preferred for a third morning.

our bathroom door didn't shut all the way (had to pull pull hard), no bathroom vent/fan, no washcloths only towels, only one light for the room, wish it had a microwave (personal preference)

I didn’t like the unit that was attached directly to the kitchen, being that us as a family hold conversation in that area the guest staying in that unit complained on our first night. Outside of that it was good, not great otherwise it would’ve been perfect.

There were no hangers or hanging rods, which was a problem since we were skiing and didn't have a place to hang ski clothes etc. The room felt a bit cramped for a family of 4.

Location was great to get to Hunter mountain for skiing. The room was clean and recently renovated.

The bed mattress was horrible. It was very hard and you could feel the springs in your back. I woke up tired and with a back ache which effected my day on the mountain. There was only two bath towels and one hand towel. The toilet paper was rough too. There was no front office and no one answered the phone when assistance was needed

The location to Hunter is great. The recent upgrades, woodwork and electric fireplace were nice. .

In the morning, the room next door had their car backed in, and they were warming it up for a very long time. The exhaust fumes from their car was directly entering our room. I thought we were going to die of inhalation of the fumes. I think it should be head on parking only.

Loved the game room. Great to not be cooped up in a small room.

It was more an airbnb than a lodge. No cleaning service of the room (3 nights). Few amenities in room (no blower, no extra towels, etc)

Great location in Hunter. Near restaurants, shops, and hunter mountain. My kid had a great time in the gameroom.

It was odd that for such a high price no staff was on location. They were very responsive by text, but if there were any issues there would be no one around to help. There were no wash cloths to use with the liquid soap, and no one was there to get that like you normally would at a hotel.

Cleanliness- there was an empty beer bottle left behind, and the bathroom could have been cleaned a bit more carefully. The toilet also kept "tinkling" and we would have to take the back tank off to reset it.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable! Also, the big fuzzy blanket was really warm and nice.

Floors were shot ! Seriously in need of replacement and bathroom was outdated 10 years ago . For the price compared to others it was still a good value . Also I wish someone would sweep the cobwebs off the front overhang . A simple and easy maintenance act . The room had a coffee maker but nothing to put in the coffee . Some kind of creamer or milk like most places provide would be very nice .

Overpriced room (around $325 advance booking including mandatory cleaning fee for 1 night) with motel-like accommodation. Noticed online just before arriving that similar rooms were still available for much less amount. Did not see any staff on premises during stay.

The view and beds were amazing! Clean room with cabin feel. Hunter Mountain View. Nice and warm. Also a great fire pit with Mountain View!

it's a great renovated lodge with a beautiful view of the mountains, the location seems very convenient to nearby restaurants, gas station. The fireplace could be a bit larger for the experience, also I believe you need to purchase logs to light the fire, there were none around.
