Gentleman working as kitchen staff rude to my sin and I. After telling my son and I that my son needed shoes on. He kept feeling the need to continue to make rude, condescending remarks towards my son and I as we gathered our things to return to our room so that my son could retrieve his shoes.

Not a lot of people in the pool so we were able to swim peacefully. Clean room. Nice, helpful staff for the most part.

The front desk clerk was extremely rude to me and needs to learn how not to talk to customers. She made my experience extremely unpleasant and if it wasn’t for her I would have gave perfect scores

It is a significant distance to get to gas stations or restaurants after the outlet mall closes in the evening. I mean, it's about a four or five mile drive.

I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a nice base from which you could visit Toledo, Detroit, Cleveland, and Ft. Wayne. All those cities are within a couple hours' drive, and this hotel is comfortable. It's location near a movie theater and an outlet mall may also appeal to some.

The bathroom near the breakfast area was not the cleanest.

Even on Christmas morning, the food was plentiful, hot, and lots of choices. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The room was very spacious. The extra counter with chairs was very useful. The mirror and sink were separate from the toilet and shower which was perfect for my family.

Very clean and so close to Mall. The manager gave us a room and we found someone stay in room. He was kind enough to say so sorry about it. He gave me different room. We like inside make look like apartment studio style. The breakfast is amazing and delicious. I enjoyed the coffee. Bonus that they offer happy hour with free appetizers. We didn’t tried it yet.

needed to ask for a blanket for the pull out couch - the room is billed as sleeping 4 but there was only bedding for 2. No one was at the desk at checkout, no sign saying if we could leave the room cards or needed to talk to someone to check out.

It is an extended stay place so we didn’t get housekeeping everyday. But if we had a lot of trash in the meantime, we took it to the main floor to dispose there. No common area to dispose of it on the room floor.

This property is located next to an outdoor mall, in Maumee but also very convenient to Perrysburg and Toledo as well

The keycards were temperamental. Also not really the staffs fault, but there were lipstick kisses on the front of our door. Weird, lol, but we aren’t THAT old, so realize it was probably from a wedding party or bachelorette party or something wild & fun.

Nice location near a large shopping area and convenient to the baseball tournament fields. Staff was super friendly. We felt very safe with our 12 & 14 year old kids.

Not the staffs fault at all but a very large Group invaded the pool while we were there and one of the kids in the group puked in the pool. So it was closed the remainder of our trip. There were so many of them that they took every towel as well. We noticed that when they left the pool most of them left and got in cars, it didn't look like they were even staying at the hotel.

We love the location as it's close to the national guard base and other activities we enjoy.

A couple items needed to be repaired during our stay. The front door stuck and was very difficult to close. It was very pronounced and should have been taken care of prior to the room being occupied.

Breakfast was standard for price Microwave was dirty with plate left inside The desks in the room had fingerprints on it. During Covid time each room needs to be inspected after the cleaning to ensure it is cleaned and filled properly. The dove body wash was empty The tissue box had 2 tissues in it then it was empty.
