Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was not included in this trip. The location of the property was in a Perfect location, within walking distance for everything we needed. The place was Very, Very clean! Pretty much a Full kitchen. Loved the electric fireplace (so Cool). The AC was Excellent!! The frig had plenty of ice, that is a Big Plus, especially when it is Hot like it normally is there in Hill City! When we needed something, they were very punctual in responding! Highly recommend!

The lights up the lift steps do not cut off( I just need total dark, may not bother anyone else) The place is new, so the construction was still banging and going on after 8 pm and started at 8:00 am. Don’t get me wrong the play is amazing….. I would stay there anytime….. just modify at moment while still under construction late in the vending and early morning…

United StatesThe AC unit upstairs needs to be adjusted. It made a loud rattling noise every time it turned on throughout the night. Took a while to cool down at night also.
The loft was immaculate. Brand new, nice decor, modern and well equipped. Modern style with thoughtful appointments. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Location was perfect for visiting Custer and Mount Rushmore. Bedroom upstairs in the loft area, we heard no street noise.

United StatesThe only slight disappointment was the size of the balcony - we were hoping to have been able to sit outside in the sun but it's a bit of a squeeze.
Beautiful loft, stunning interior design and just as good as in the photos. Hosts were fab and very responsive to our questions, they couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend!
