Broken furniture and clogged pipes

Poor cell phone service in the room

Breakfast wasn't that stocked, half of the equipment didn't work like waffle maker and some other machine..

Pool area was dirty and out of use most of stay, little to no hot water in my room, walls warping and ceiling peeling. There was no mention prior to that I would also be required to swipe my card again for a $100 deposit upon my arrival, that I will get back 5-7 days after the stay.

One funny thing is that there was only one electrical outlet for TV, microwave, and coffee maker. Had to change from one to another; could not do two of these simultaneously.

We were there to be with relative who was patient at UNM hospital. It was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and there were some wonderful big pieces of carved wooden furniture - very nice.

Worn furnishings. Staff seemed unprofessional - heavily tattooed in T-shirt at front desk.

The whole building just needs some work. The lobby smelled pretty bad... almost like urine, but i can't say for sure that's what it was. In the room, every flush of the toilet was a gamble based on it appearing to nearly clog with just flushing liquids. The shower wall had a whole exposed section of the wall where there were no tiles. The wall next to the bed had a two foot series of cracks which had started to cause a section of drywall to cave in on itself. The mini-fridge was pretty loud, so we unplugged it. You can tell by looking at the property in general that it was probably really nice at some point, but it's just starting to fall apart. All that being said, the room was 50 bucks, and it met our needs, so I can't complain too loud.

The staff were all incredibly friendly. Couldn't beat the price, especially since it was a last-minute booking. Roaming parking lot security at night was nice....especially considering the hoard of zombie-people roaming the area when we pulled up.

There is no fitted sheets for the beds just flat sheets covering the mattress. The toilet seat was broken. The side doors was not operating correctly

That there was no information on a 100 deposit, yes it's refunded/pending, completely understandable but would had been nice to know so I could had cash prior.

Location was in a reasonable location, quick access to store, Walmart,food etc.

well... there was a limited spots for outlets to charge our mobile devices. The tub in the restroom was leaking water.

The comfy beds and the room actually had a refrigerator and a microwave...

I stayed two nights and got charged for four nights… the last time I was here they charged me for another reservation that I had with them as well for a different date… It took like ten to twelve days to get my money back

Seemed to be in the midst of lots of homeless encampments. Didn't feel as safe as I wish. Also, though outside appeared to be renovated, interior was a bit outdated. Again, it was fair. No complaints, but also not much special about it.

The location was convenient to where I needed to be. I was not able to take advantage of breakfast, so nothing to share there. The outside appeared to be renovated. Overall, it was fair and no huge complaints.

It's kind of old but if you a remodeled room it's decent. We like the joining rooms which is nice as we usually bring the whole family and get two rooms.

We always try and stay at this hotel. The pool is nice and the hot tub is big. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working this last time for the price this place is a great value.

The doors have large spaces so you can hear everything outside. The housekeeping don't clean the tubs too well, pink mold is next to the tub. And they don't restock the supplies very well. We had practically no toilet paper.

It is about what you would expect for the price, but it ok.

The exterior felt very unsafe. There was one guy in a old car who kept driving through the parking lot justiculating at no one. Albuquerque has become an awful City, and I would think twice about even spending the night there. When you drive into town the first thing you see is the drifts of trash along the freeway.

The rooms were clean and nice. It was a good value, for the room at least.

The housekeeping policy is kinda weird and the ice machines leak water. The jets in hot tub dint all work.

When I wanted to get into the bed there was a dirty clothes inside the bedding from the previous guest the pool in the hot tub smell like pee the $100 deposit even though we paid with credit card
