Our room was right next to a gate that people were coming in and out of and the door would slam and you can hear it from our room. You can also hear the traffic from the freeway. There were dead spiders killed on the wall that were not cleaned from the previous guest. The pillows gave nothing lol

It was close to Disneyland and there is a shuttle that picks you up in the front. The staff was really nice!

It being close to the freeway it was loud in the rooms even into the evening time

No food or drink available for most of the day. I sent an email prior to my stay asking for a late check out of 4:00pm, and the response was "sure, closer to the date, I sent an another email to confirm, and they said "upon availability". On arrival it was a flat out "no". I offered to pay a day rate, but this was not possible either; I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known this in advance.

Location was great for access to Disneyland. I liked that the bathroom vanity was located outside the bathroom shower and toilet.

The hotel's age isn't necessarily an issue if there's evident care and attention to detail. However, our experience fell short as the bedsheets seemed hastily made, having used the "other side" of the sheet, and not properly tucking it, hence the mattress is showing all the time.

Location was chosen because of close access for Disney Run weekend. Wasn't too worried about amenities or dining, only able to comment on the room itself.

The ceilings are very low, specially in the bathroom. The pillows weren’t the most comfortable, I tossed and turned all night. The light switch was broken in our room, so it was inconvenient to manually have to turn on light all the time. Room service never made it to our room even though we took off the DND sign. There was also not a microwave in our room. On my last stay a few years back there used to be microwaves in the rooms.

We enjoyed the 24/7 pool & jacuzzi. Also the staff is really helpful and nice. There’s a restaurant and a gift shop which is really convenient as well.

Maybe some of the other staff at front desk (an elderly Indian guy and a young Asian / Chinese guy) could be a bit more polite when dealing with guests.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room and the facilities. We had read a very mixed review about this hotel and were very anxious about our 10 days stay with them. The room was big with two queen size beds (we were travelling with our 14years old daughter), there was still enough room to move around. The bed was very comfortable for me and my daughter, although my husband thought it was too soft. The room was refreshed every 2nd day (which includes changing of towels and refreshing the bed linen) and gets a full clean every 7th day. All the toiletries are provided. There is a mini fridge and a locker in the room. The hotel is 12minutes walk from Disneyland which was so convenient for us as our main purpose of visit was Disneyland. There is a nice pool area, although we did not had the time to use it at all. There is a restaurant which also serves buffet breakfast. Most of the staff are very helpful, a special mention goes to the front desk staff Aston, who was always amazing and very accommodating with our requirements. Parking is extra ($27+gst / day). We hired a car for 3 days and our parking was made complimentary by Aston. There is a microwave in the lobby for guests to use if you want to bring takeaways or have left over food you want to heat up. The hotel is located very close to the freeway but when we were inside our room, we did not hear anything, not even other guests next door. We had a poolside room and enjoyed Disneyland fireworks from our balcony which was amazing (specially on New Year's Eve, as we didn't want to go out anywhere on that day). Overall, we really liked our stay and would advise others not to get put off by negative comments.

The water pressure was low. In the shower half the water was dispensed through the facet and the other half thru the shower head. The drain backed up. When you finish showering I was in over 2 inches of standing dirty water.

Didn’t have breakfast. The pool and spa were nice.

As perfect as our location was and I know our front desk agent put on on the top floor facing the fireworks every night PERFECTLY, the room was so dirty. The floors were dirty enough that my sons’ feet were picking up black. Completely black. Then there was trash under our bed from previous guests such as a water bottle and a bag of chips.

Location was great, close to freeways, and a 15 minute walk to Disneyland

From communication to cleanliness to other small requests we made, it is not a 5 star hotel. It is OK. But if you're going to Disneyland with young kids, the location is all it matters. And it's great.

The bathroom was small and the walls were thin. You can hear your neighbors next door. We were on the 5th floor and were woken up by someone screaming in the street.

It was right off the freeway.
