The facility it not fancy but it’s clean and convenient. It is a walking distance from the small air field. The shuttle was super useful. We used it to get to town for dinner and later to get to the international airport. The stuff is extremely friendly.

Clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The 24 hour shuttle was a life saver. It picked us up from the Eagan Center, took us back to town for dinner on Friday. On Saturday we were able to leave our luggage at the Inn. The shuttle took us downtown where we spent the day. We called when we were ready to go to the airport, he brought our luggage and picked us up. Driver was very helpful.

Not in the best part of town, not walkable to anything. The building was old, but they had made some improvements. It still needs a lot of love. We were on first floor and could hear people above us walking.

The staff was wonderful! They helped load my three 50 pound suitcases and 100 lb German Shepherd and his extra large kennel into their hotel shuttle at the airport. When we arrived at the hotel, they put all my luggage in my spacious room while I walked my dog. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of hot and cold choices. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It's not fancy but excellent for the price. Again, clean is important to me. New fixtures are not. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The sheets were soft and clean, and they didn't have a nasty bleach/chemical smell. It was a nice place to stay after a long flight. My husband is staying there again this month. We will definitely be staying here every time we need a hotel room in Anchorage.

I found everything met my expectations.

The driver who's name i think was sharon,was excellent. Front desk staff also very nice and a accommodating. They had muffins in the morning and free shuttle service . All great things. About this hotel.

Well... the sink is in the room not in the bathroom. Not ideal for the person sleeping. But the main thing for me on this night I couldn't get hot water to shower. It was luke warm at best. And they is really important to me. It was too late get someone to look into it.

I liked that they have a shuttle service to downtown and the airport. The hotel also provided breakfast (eggs, sausages, potatoes, coffee, tea, muffins, cereal, etc, though neither fruits nor vegetables), which was included in the price.

Room was smelly, seems that they have a humidity problem. Although its not the motel's fault, it is located next to 5g antennas.

This motel is dated. However it does look like they are trying to improve the property. It was reasonably quiet and our room was clean. It met all our needs.

It just seemed that the smoke from cigarettes was in the air all the time which made its way into the 'non-smoking room. FYI, filter in a/c unit needs cleaned and the grout in the shower area needs attention.

The breakfast was great, it seemed more homemade than "better" hotel's buffets. The shuttle was very convenient. The location was good, within driving distance of what we wanted to see/do. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable. The Chinese restaurant next door was good and better priced than a lot of Anchorage restaurants. Shower water pressure was good.

The rooms are a little shabby. The comforter is dated. Chairs were stained.

Great little property for quick visit. A little away from town but shuttle van is fantastic for getting you around. Its value can’t be beat for those of us who are low maintenance and just need the basics. Breakfast is good and room/beds/bathroom was very CLEAN !

Very noisy from outside. Pipe system wasn't working correctly as when had shower, bath was filling up and took long time to drain.

Shuttle service and the driver were amazing! My husband had a health issue and they were very accommodating. They also l;et us leave our luggage in the office when we were at the hospital.

The shuttle was the best, Anthony the driver went out of his way to show us around the city.

I liked the fact that they offered a hot, (scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage) & cold, (cereal, muffins, toast) breakfast with plenty of coffee or tea! 2 small tables to eat at otherwise it was your lap, which was ok with us. Cozy, quite, old, but clean little Inn. It's a pilots inn as it is right near a small plane landing strip.

The air conditioner really needs to be cleaned please and maybe cleaner carpets.

The staff was extremely nice. The room was decent for what we needed.

There was nothing I didn't like.
