From the moment we arrived at the MGM Signature, our experience with Strip View Suites was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance by guest services, and to our surprise and delight, we were able to check in immediately and head straight to our room—no waiting, no luggage drop-off. That level of efficiency and hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Upon entering the suite, I was thrilled to discover the floors were not carpeted—a detail that may seem minor to some, but for me, it made all the difference. Hard flooring in a hotel setting speaks to a higher standard of cleanliness and comfort, and I deeply appreciated that thoughtful touch. While the view wasn’t a direct overlook of the Strip, it still offered a vibrant glimpse into the surrounding energy and activity of Las Vegas. For those planning to attend the Grand Prix in November 2025, this location is ideal—close enough to catch the excitement without being overwhelmed by the crowds. A special thank you to Marie, who went above and beyond to stay in contact throughout our visit. Her updates on local events, recommendations, and availability for any questions made the experience feel personal and attentive. That kind of interaction transforms a stay from transactional to truly welcoming. The property’s proximity to the MGM Grand, with easy access to The Strip and Monorail services, made getting around incredibly convenient. The suite itself was beautifully appointed, featuring a spacious bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a clean, modern aesthetic that made us feel right at home. I’m sincerely grateful for the outstanding accommodations and service. Strip View Suites exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The bed was comfortable, though a bit too soft for my personal preference, this is, of course, a matter of taste. As for the shower, it could benefit from stronger water pressure, but overall it was still good.

The accommodation is excellent, with a modern feel that suggests recent updates and renovations. The pools are great, offering a very enjoyable option for relaxation. The location is also very convenient, from Tower 2 of The Signature to the Strip, walking through the MGM Grand, the distance is approximately 1 km (0.62 miles). In addition, moving walkways are available along the access corridors to the MGM Grand, which is particularly helpful for guests with mobility challenges.

Everything was perfect! The host was wonderful, and there is not a bad review to put.

We enjoyed our stay at Tower 2. The location was not far from the Strip and the staff were very helpful. Valet parking was easy and the staff were very nice.

Everything was fine with us!

The host is extremely organized and in constant contact with you, and always available if you need anything. The place is great, no noise, and it is connected to the MGM hotel, so if you want to reach the strip, you won't need to walk outside in the Vegas heat! The property is in an excellent location close to everything you want in Vegas.

In several other hotels, they are accommodating enough that even when you arrive half an hr or an hr before check-in in they still help you; this wasn't the case here. Not interested in even knowing the name I had the reservation under, they told us to drop our bags and come back in an hour.

We went to Vegas for a concert and were looking for an affordable option that wouldn't be too far away. This was it - close enough to the Strip that we could walk to it if we had wanted to, but far enough that it was calm and quiet at night when you want to rest. If the temperature had been lower, we'd have saved a ton just walking instead of all the Uber's we had to get. Because it's only a bit off the strip, it's easy to get to the better-known ones and visit the main attractions (when traffic isn't too bad).

The only thing that should be included in check in info is that at 10pm when we arrived no one was at the desk to get a key from. We eventually found someone who told us to go to Tower 2 to check in. After that, smooth sailing.

The location is very convenient — just a short walk to the Strip. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Most furniture mismatched and dinged up but not a huge deal. The day we were leaving tower 3 had a water main break. Everything was flooded in the lobby. Other than the check in desk nothing except rooms in this building.

A few issues we came across - knowing there were 2 guests staying for 5 nights and only having one very tiny bottle of bathroom toiletries (shampoo, soap, shower gel) was a bit inconvenient, especially since we stayed in the heat of summer and needed to shower frequently due to sweat. We also encountered the issue of both our room keys not working on our last night due to an electrical issue with the door. It took two members of security and at least 20 minutes before they were able to open the door for us, as there was apparently no non-digital master key for the rooms. While this was a minor inconvenience for us, it does seem to present a safety issue should there ever be some type of emergency for future guests.

We had a great stay and loved our room. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. There were nice amenities such as a refrigerator and kitchenware.

We just wish there were room service and the room is designed with another queen bed. We also wish there were more towels than what were provided as we shower twice a day ;-) We needed to buy more towels to supply for our long week stay. Other than that everything else is great
