Our bathroom was dirty when we arrived and I had to clean it myself. The person at the front desk wasn’t even friendly or apologetic when I informed her that it had not been cleaned properly prior to our arrival. The rest of the room and facilities were nice and very comfortable. The hot breakfast was great and restocked multiple times.

Toilet in first assigned room was broken, but we were quickly moved to another room. Prefilled shampoo & conditioner were empty - found out too late after running shower! I’d really like a private closet, though I know that the rack & hangers are the usual room design.

Breakfast was better than expected - lots of choices that were hot & plentiful. Beds & pillows very comfortable. Immaculate room & bathroom, though bathroom was worn.

The shower pan is flimsy and could be a problem for leaks in the future. All other aspects of the room were excellent and the attention to efficency is evident.

Sufficient. And basic . The eggs were over processed and the bacon was thin and processed but edible. The waffle makes were appreciated.

They don’t offer late check out on weekends and on the website while doing the online check-in there’s nothing saying that. The room door was open when we got to our room and it was hard to close. Few things were a little beat up in the bathroom but a quick maintenance would fix it. Nothing else, I would definitely go back.

Location, price was not too bad. The hotel is fine and has parking outside, we didn’t have problems with that. Check in was easy and fast, specially if you do it online. The room was not big but for one night was great, be was very comfortable and sheets were clean (even though I use my own). Our room was very clean, the bathroom was clean and organized. The AC was fine as well. The facilities smelled good which is a plus. Breakfast was good and had different options: Yogurt, cereal, waffle, oatmeal, fruit, breads, cream cheese, jams, eggs, sausages… Check in is at 3pm which is nice. Staff is helpful and polite. Room had microwave, big fridge and a couple of hangers.

Bigger tv, remote didn't work well - had to turn it upside down to use it, but it worked. Lol. The bathroom sink wasn't draining proper but we found the sink plunger wasn't working proper - we manually pulled it up and had no issues after that. Shower temp was fine Saturday, Sunday shower temp kept fluctuating - assumed it was due to everyone preparing to leave for checkout at 11. Nothing major wrong, was more expensive than we thought it should be for the type hotel but wasn't outrageous. Would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, nice, helpful. The coffee was good, breakfast was ok. Had queen bed, was comfortable. Room was pretty small but doable, tv was very small for room size. Was very quiet, plenty of restaurants within 10 minute drive. Nice size refrigerator, little bigger than dorm size. Small microwave. No coffee setup in room. Overall hotel was fairly clean, quiet, no issues, fair amount of parking. They were not busy during our stay so was able to park near door during stay, parking on front and back of building.

There was hair in my bath tub and my floor was not swept when i turned the air on black stuff blew on my comforter. I brought lysol and wipes so the bathtub was a easy fix.

TARA was awesome, very professional and kind to guests. No carpet on the floor and i was close to the stairs. It was quiet

Typical small hotel breakfast. Had all the normal selections you might expect. The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. No closet, but that was not a problem. Hotel staff was responsive and courteous.
