The room was smaller than expected, especially for the price. This was the most expensive place we have stayed at, by quite a lot more. Disappointed in that, but we were told it was the only place to stay at Lehigh Acres, otherwise we would have found a less expensive place.

The breakfast was good but I was surprised there wasn't any green tea. Great parking.

Nothing really to dislike. The room was a little small.Besides being close to the airport there is not much to do here. But, if you want a quiet place to stay before or after a flight, this is a good option.

Clean place. Good working shower. Good Breakfast. Quiet location. Only there for one day but if you want a quiet clean place to stay with a decent breakfast, this is a good place to go. I stayed here only because I had a Flight from the airport. Not too far away from the airport and reasonably priced. Also, comfortable beds.

I purchased groceries but couldn't get the refrigerator to work. I didn't feel well and was under a lot of stress with my personal project, so I didn't follow through with the staff about it.

Staff friendly, clean lodgings. I was consumed with my personal project and it didn't leave anytime to relax and enjoy.

I had quoted a room at one price... but when I arrived the price had gone up, and for that price to improve a little (lower) I had to check-in through the website. Moral: book the room early.

For my needs, the location was the best. And spacious room.

There's a few things I m knit picking about but I figure for the price I pay I have the right. First off don't use there washer or dryer it just consumes money. Old wore out dryer is the worst and you can't tell me they don't know. But I wash my clothes 2 dollars to dry your clothes 12 dollars. Big rip off. Another thing dont ask for a long term rate they don't do that guy behind desk said 7 days and move on. Rude as hell that's what he was. Then also don't ask for change for vending or to do laundry. Women behind desk said she don't count change I needed to go to store sad part she was on phone watching TV and never even got out of her chain. Just plain lazy.

Breakfast is ready early so I can eat before work. Room is kept nice and neat.

I did not like the fact that we had to ask the Maintenance man who was very helpful to please vacuum the floor that was supposed to be clean by housekeeping earlier in the day. We were constantly emptying the trash and wiping down stuff. I was appalled that we were told that if we caught COVID they were not responsible. Why was this an issue. Lastly the breakfast was aweful. I tried it the first day then decided to do Uber eats for the next 5 days. P.S. had sorts of bites on my leg from something.

The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful. Access to a laundry, great restaurant next door. Nice and quiet. Great AC.

The Night shift lady was very off putting and very rude. The morning staff was very kind and helpful.

Breakfast offering was ok, but a couple young ladies were clogging the prep area making multiple plates for themselves and obviously several others. Would have been helpful to have someone request them to break it up so that others waiting could also take advantage of the included breakfast.

The pool was clean and well maintained and front desk staff that I encountered were all helpful and pleasant.

Keys kept losing the code and would not unlock doors. Breakfast not that great.
