The front desk lady was extremely rude. She always has her baby while she is suppose to be working. She doesn’t know how to talk to people. She seems to think she is above others while she lives in the hotel

It wasnt clean at all. You could clearly tell there was renovations going on. We stayed on the second floor and it looked like that carpet hadn’t been vacuumed or swept in a year. The floor to our room wasn’t too clean. The bathroom wasn’t that clean. The tub was disgusting it had fresh brown stuff caked near the front. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The biggest downfall to this place was cleanliness. It was not clean at all. I paid 79$ for the room and it wasn’t even worth that. I stay at a microtel in wv where I live and it made this one look pretty bad unfortunately.

Beds were the cleanest thing but still had some spots and stains on the sheets. Comfy. Staff was nice. Not a bad location.

Leaving a $100 cash hold money instead of a card. My room bathroom fan sounded like a diesel 18 wheeler, and the grate was held by one screw. They originally gave me the wrong room, and I walked in on a lady,I had to go back to the desk. Once i got in a room, I had no nightstand at all, and the room was hot 80 degrees, and the air conditioning was not cooling properly. The toilet seat was loose also. I had to ask how to work the shower because it was not obvious. The tub drain stopper was lying on the floor by the tub. The manager on duty offered me another room that looked 100 times better, BUT the bed had burn holes in the sheets and stains. He removed the sheets and said if I wanted this room he would have to get me some covers. I said no it is already 10 pm by this time, and with all this, I missed my function,. I was supposed to be attending. I said no I want to rest. I didn't want to wait for someone to come make the bed and move all my stuff again. By this time, I was frustrated and aggregated.

I booked and paid for a double, but got a single with no type of reimbursement for the downgrade. I had to clean the shower because it was pubic hairs in the shower. I guess people live there because I heard kids running through the hallways of the smoking floor. The county jail blanket’s and pillows are thicker than what they had. but the excuse was because it was the smoking floor. when I asked about my free downgrade, some lesbian housekeeper was a bit loud & rude & in the wrong business.

Under construction; no breakfast was served; sink drain stopped up; low toilets with high water level in bowl (not for men); floors dirty; shower curtain rod dangling. Towel and washcloth rack rusty. Wallpaper peeling off the bathroom wall. No daily cleaning and towel refreshing was done to the room. Noise from upper levels late into the night.

Clearly they are renovating but they should have said that before I booked. Like the place was a hot mess and looked like a ghost hotel to me. The tub was very dirty. The sheet on the bed was like paper. There was no remote to the tv. It was giving creepy vibes.
