Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I was there a month never git new towels or my room cleaned every I even left towels on floor to see if room would ever be cleaned

No Housekeeping show of to our room to take trash or make beds. AC/Heather (make noise) unit need to be change and relocate (under the curtains).
Room/bathromm are Ok , I got a double bed room but one bed block acees to the closet. Breaskfast is only coffe and one single waffle machine , they can do better. The looby need a remodelation look old. Need more Charge station for EV.

Lighting was pretty sparse - two small lights above the night stand, and one light on the desk. Could have used another lamp or two, or brighter bulbs in the existing lights. Breakfast wasn't ready at 7am (lady said it'd be another 10-15 minutes), so we grabbed McD's instead. Our room didn't have carpet, so it was a bit on the colder side.
Easy access and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Nice that they offered free breakfast, but it wasn't ready at 7a so we ate elsewhere since we needed to get on the road.

MY STAY WAS AT THE ROOM 112. MY CONCER IS THE BATHROOM. THE BATHROOM DOESN'T HAVE ANY FURNITURE OR HOOKS TO PUT THE TOWELS OR MY CLOTHES. I PULLED OUT FROM THE CLOSET THE LUGGAGE HOLDER AND IT WAS REALLY DUSTY, THE CLOSET TOO. WHAT I DID WAS... I SETTED UP THE LUGGAGE HOLDER IN THE BATHROOM, AND I DID PUT ONE OF THEIR TOWELS IN THE TOP OF THE LUGGAGE HOLDER, SO I WAS ABLE TO PUT MY PIJAMA AND TOWEL THERE, JUST LIKE THAT I WAS ABLE TO TAKE MY SHOWER. Also, the heater is not working well, don't heat enough and make a strong noise, night we turned off. THANK YOU ANYWAY

Renovation of an old building done just for the looks. Door wasn’t locking, curtains obstructing the heater, shower leaking. Breakfast was very limited - milk & cereal, bagels & cream cheese, pancakes & syrup, coffee. If there were more items, they were gone by 8 am.
Great location. Freshly painted and newly furnished rooms.

Noisy heater.
Great value. While basic, everything was clean and in working condition. Plenty of outlets and USB ports (even Type C) around the bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. I haven't seen anything better for the money in Heavenly area.

I couldn't cast anything to the TV; seems like it only works with Samsung smartphones. The coffee machine wasn't working. I found a few hair strands in the bed and towels. The heater was loud. The breakfast options were OK, but apparently they ran out of a few things before 7:30am and when costumers would asked about it, they would answer "there's nothing we can do, it's delivered to us".
The room was spacious and comfortable.

Crowded when it's high season and they were short-staffed during the diner and at the bar. You need to be a bit patient in that case. But very friendly staff despite their stress!
Children-friendly, with a lot of animation for the kids! The location is perfect, it's very practical. Good food and good service in general!

Our bathroom sink kept stopping up and people ignore the smoking signs and smoke coming down the hallway when we came out of our room we got hit in the face with cigarette smoke and we don't smoke

The walls are really thin so you can hear even when your neighbor sneeze and also all the road noises.
The Mexican receptionist is really nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice and bed was comfortable.

Location was good just walking distance to heavenly resort. Breakfast was good enough but around the area you can just walk and have something else from nearby resto. The room needs more cleaning , beds were comfortable but the flooring needs more cleaning. They are renovating the areas and I guess rooms and appliances. Choose the rooms that's not carpeted ask and request the room with wooden floor or newer carpet it does not have any bad smell. Inside the room they don't have good lightning like no power outlet at the middle lamp between beds. Overall cost wise is reasonable well your not spending all day at the hotel. If ever we will come back hope to see changes we expect.

The outlet in the bathroom didn't work therefore the blow dryer didn't work. Since it's the wall mount type of blow dryer, wasn't able to remove from wall to plug in elsewhere. Also, the floor lamp didn't work when plugged into the extension cord coming out from the floorboard. There may be some wiring in there that needs to get checked.
Fair price and it included a good variety of breakfast options. Really liked and appreciated a fridge AND microwave in the room.
