We have stayed there quite a few times and reception is always very friendly. I always look forward to staying there on our way to our son's and his family. Breakfast is great and always enjoy the soup that is offered in the evening.

I didn’t expect much. It looks like an average hotel. The thing is, it kind of is, but the owner and the staff care SO MUCH. They put little gift bags on the door. There is a mountain of fresh fruit for breakfast. Everyone is so nice. Look at the wall of employees. They all stay there forever! The work environment must be good.

Wow! We have stayed in a lot of hotels, from Olymia WA to Miles City, and this was by far the best one. We had a big king suite, which fit our family of five perfectly with a comfy rollaway bed as well. The hotel was sparkling clean, fresh water waiting for us and cookies and corn nuts! They even had 24 hour coffee and a big pot of soup at 5:00 for anyone to enjoy! They thought of EVERYTHING! ALSO, every single person working there was kind, helpful, and sweet. The breakfast lady....what an angel! Great breakfast! Best of all! Thank you Miles City Hotel!!

United StatesThe place is quite clean, but I think that like most hotels these days, it's hard to get good help. I'm talking very minor housekeeping issues, all resolved quickly by the very competent management. I00 percent I'm staying there again the next time I'm in MC.
Great breakfast. Breakfast was served from a nice hot table--the cook handled the food, not each guest. Great yogurt and fresh fruit options.
