The bathroom seemed really run down (the sink was falling apart) and the floors seemed dirty. The walls were super thin and you could basically hear exactly what your neighbors were saying.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and I appreciated the desk in the room.

The parking lot not plowed even when it snowed. The room was smaller than picture’s shown. The lighting was poor(although they did give us an extra lamp when we requested).

The location was really good. They provided fresh towels every day.

I was in a lower unit and I could hear and feel every step in the unit above. Many sleepless nights because of the loud steps. I could even hear them when they moved in their bed

Walls seem thin in our room. Had an extremely loud neighbor talking with others until 2am. They weren't talking loud, just animated.

Booked 2 rooms, one was good sized but the other was very small. There were flies in the room that kept buzzing which made it abit difficult to sleep. Toilet was abit dated. Looked nicer in the photos than in reality..

No one in the office or answering phones. The room had a smart TV but restricted use of smart TV apps (Netflix was on the tv but unaccessible, would have been nice to watch my account), wifi was spotty.

Room seemed to have been recently renovated, was clean and comfortable. Location is perfect and walking distance to town, short drive to Grand Teton NP

Bed was not comfortable, seemed the mattress was very old as each side of the bed was sloped with a high point in the middle of the bed. I suggest replacing the mattress and there will be no issues from future guests in RM 18.

Noisy construction early in morning about 8:30. Card said no cleaning unless requested but cleaned any way. We did not want it an no Do Not Disturb tag available. Ac loud and not very good at shutting down cooling at set temp.

Lower range of cost. Bed relatively comfortable.

It was a bit pricey for what was available at the property, bathtub could use a revamp and maybe a smart TV. Maybe a vending machine or something in the lobby would be nice. Couldn’t access the trash during our week stay which would have been a bit more helpful.

Hard surface floor was swept but needed to be mopped. Checked with office and was done immediately. Difficulties with TV, again fixed right away.

Nice large comfy room with kitchen area. Updated furniture and fixtures. Very responsive office staff. Easy walk into town. It's an updated older motel, the updates are good so far.

Pricing seemed on target for other similar accommodations in the area for the time we visited (late September).

Loved the location. It was very easy to walk to around the city. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. It did have a small kitchen area with sink, microwave and refrigerator which was nice. There was only a small closet, no ironing board or dresser to really unpack. We ended up living out of our suitcase which was fine as we only used the room to sleep and then we were out all day so we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. There was also an ice machine and daily room service.
