Price to value was just okay but otherwise nothing i didn't like.

Location was great. Right in the heart of Moab walking distance to most things. Arches was a short drive away. The room itself was both nice and had a great amount of space. Felt like a apartment/condo more than a hotel room.

    A bit pricey.

Very nice large room with separate living area and kitchen and private outdoor area. Hot tub and pool on the premises. Great breakfast options. Lots of great local restaurants nearby. Adequate parking. Near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.

Such a convenient location, the rooms are huge perfectly situated, loved the living room being so far from the bedroom. The patio is adorable. I had excellent communication with the staff. We were to arrive later than possible so they made sure we were able to get into our cute little room!

The location was right in downtown Moab and yet quiet. Very convenient to sightseeing and shopping in Moab. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We especially liked choices for breakfast provided before we left to go hiking in Arches. We would definitely stay at the Gonzo Inn again.

Accommodations were spacious and well designed. They had a nice living room area with small kitchen and eating area. Outside deck. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Great location, close to restaurants and shops with super easy access to Arches and other parks. Yet off the main road and quiet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed here 3 times and the regular rooms are pretty small so not as great a value as the suites.

This a beautiful property. Great for dog walking with the park immediately behind the property.

The room door locks are kinda crazy. Maybe redo them? We got locked out two times but the staff was more than helpful and friendly in doing so.

Downtown location super convenient but also quiet. All personnel were friendly and helpful. The little cafe had nice light breakfast offerings. Beds comfy and room clean.

    I liked every thing.

The King Suite was very large and clean and comfortable. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was walking distance to downtown and many restaurants. The Hot tub and swimming pool were wonderful, very clean and hot. The attached restaurant was great for breakfast which was included in the room price. All the hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. They allowed me a late checkout with out any questions Would definitely stay there again and also recomend it to others

Loved it all! Its hard to find a really nice pet friendly hortel. Wish it cost less but you get alot for the price.

This place is a real find. Solid quiet rooms , balcony, warm outdoor pool and hot tub and exceptional staff. After a night in a Hilton Tru which is industrial with cheap small rooms, sorry not my taste , we were truly delighted! Wooden beams, high celings and truly a destination hotel in a destination towm. Also breakfast was great too! Included.

Beds could have been more comfortable, both the mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. Also, I enjoyed that they made you breakfast but wish coffee was included as if you wanted a meal and coffee you had to pay extra than the vouchers given to you.

Incredibly kind staff, close to downtown and easy to get around town.

That I paid for breakfast and missed it, but that was our fault. I understand that the employee who checked me in was new and he didn’t get my credit card information, so I received a call a few hours later asking for my credit card info over the phone, which I don’t feel comfortable doing, but I did any way. No extra charges on my card thankfully, however, I guess this bugs me because I did mention to the front desk that I plan to leave before the front desk is available, they were very informative in how to leave the hotel keys, but perhaps they could have doubled check if all was in order at that time. I will say my stay was great and it was just a minor inconvenience considering it was out of my comfort zone.

My sister and I loved how accommodating the Inn and staff were especially with my sister’s dog. Our room had a back patio for roobie to run around feel at home. Although we paid for breakfast with our stay we didn’t eat at the Inn. We had different interests from what was being served also we always left before breakfast hours. The beds were extremely comfy. We liked that we had a fridge and microwave so if we had leftover meals we could just heat up. Our stay was awesome and we would stay again. We even told our other sister who likes to travel with her puppy that The gonzo inn would be a great place to stay.

Great location, convenient and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars and shops! Also tucked back from the main drag so nice and quiet. The room we had was huge! A nice big living area, small kitchenette, nice bathroom with a beautiful shower and a large and cozy bedroom, even a fenced in porch! I really appreciated the coin-op laundry on site! Lots of grass for pups!

The fire pit was closed at 8pm which was a bummer as we brought stuff to make smores. It seems like the fire pit is most likely going to be used in the evenings so it would be nice if it was open a bit later. Also, the noise from the people above us was very loud in our room- toilets flushing and their steps around. But that's just the building.

The room was very clean and the size was great! We loved having the kitchenette and separate bedroom for our family of four. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hot tub was enjoyable and hot. The location was fantastic!

TV picture was not that clear. The free breakfast is misleading and a bit overpriced. You get a $14 voucher to use from the cafe but for that price there are only 3 set options (coffee + oatmeal, muffin or cream cheese bagel). If you want anything decent/filling, it will go over and above and with a tip you'll still end up spending another $10-$15.

Location. Although we arrived past office hours, they still facilitated our check-in. The hotel offered packed lunch options.
