Nice hotel, older style, good breakfast. They welcomed us back when our days plans went wrong and offered us a second breakfast. Nice people

The washing machines were good. However, the dryers were terrible! The first dryer I used was $2.50 in the corner. It gave me 50 minutes and it never got hot and when I opened the door all the cotton and jeans were still wet. Then I put $3.50 in the other dryer and when it finished my jeans and some of the cottons were still damp. That left me up till 2:00 in the morning trying to get My clothes dry with a hair dryer. Those dryers need to be serviced or replaced Also, the heater/ air conditioner in my room did not really heat the room. Luckily I had a space heater with me which I used instead

The room was what I expected, the staff was very good and the breakfast was very good. I have back issues so the bed was fine for me. However, some people might say that they are too soft. So it's a matter of preference when it comes to beds

Great location within 5-10 min of Arches NP entrance and within Moab. Could walk to lots of places, but some restaurants and bars were more easily accessed by a 5 min or less car ride. Breakfast had lots of options including eggs and sausage. The room was very clean, well-provisioned, and the hotel staff hooked us up with extra pillows.

Not a big fan of the video-check-in. Felt weird. Lady at breakfast was a bit grumpy, and it only started at 7 - too late for us.

The room was nice and clean, comfy beds. Enough parking in front. Breakfast was okay. We got a great price! And I liked the architectural style. Close to all kinds of shops in Moab. Actually it was one of the best motels during our road-trip.

Plugs for the coffee machine were not connected on the sideboard, took some time to figure this all out, and moved it to the plug on bathroom hand basin as this was the only plug we could see and was accessible

The price was unbeatable! It is December and I know this might be the height of tourism in Moab. I was one of maybe 5 people that night to check in. The virtual assistant worked great. Parking was available right at my door.

The airco is super loud (on cool-modus).

Clean room, great location. Very close to Arches NP and a lot of stores and restaurants in Moab. Friendly people working here. We made an mistake with the booking but they upgraded our room for just a few dollars

I have no complaints, really. Other than that the room floor should have been cleaner.

Bare bones room, as one would expect, but was a good value, good location, and a very good VR front desk receptionist.

Would have been nice to have eggs and sausages as on featured photos. Otherwise breakfast was continental style. Pretty good coffee.

Rooms are large. Can park in front of room. Large overhang for shade porch. Chairs to sit on outside room. Very nice lawn area with patio furniture and BBQ available. Breakfast room decent size.

I really like when the hotel staff gives a friendly welcome. I feel a bit sad that I don't get that warm welcome with self-check-in kiosks.

The room is really big, giving you lots of space to stretch out. Plus, it's super clean, making it feel really nice and inviting.

A bit expensive for what you get. Breakfast could be improved especially in regards to the overcrowded breakfast room.

Location is great to reach both Arches and Canyonlands. Our room was comfortable and cosy. The guy that manages the Motel is there to help you in case you have some troubles

Kiosk front desk inpersonal . No one at the counter anytime i stopped by.last year when i stayed here there was a real, friendly , helpful person behind the counter. If this is the way the hospitality business is going, IT SUCKS. !!!

Check in was a little strange electronically with kiosk - probably just takes some getting used to not having an actual person there to talk to and ask questions.

Price was decent for the location and the room was good for what we needed. Needed a close place to stay before our trip to Canyonlands the next morning.
